Fubo in Singapore: It Has Never Been Sold Here

No Singaporean Fubo has ever existed. More striking is what the main local sports platform does not carry, which is most of American sport.

Short answer

Fubo has never operated in Singapore. And unlike most markets in this set, there is no rich local alternative for American sport: StarHub’s own sports page lists no NFL, no NBA, no Major League Baseball and no American college sport — football, cricket, golf, motorsport, tennis, UFC and WWE, but not the American leagues. For the NFL specifically, the league’s own Game Pass on DAZN does cover Singapore.

Start here

What Singapore’s Main Sports Platform Actually Carries

A rich, English-speaking market with a thin American-sport offering is unusual, and it is the whole story here.

Fubo’s availability article names two other countries; Singapore is not one of them:

“We also have services available in Canada and Spain.”

Fubo Help Center — is Fubo available in my country?

No Singaporean launch, so no Singaporean shutdown. That much is ordinary. What is not ordinary is the second half.

StarHub is the main pay-television sports platform in Singapore. Its own “Home of Sports” page lists what it carries, and the list is long:

Extensive

Football

Premier League, Bundesliga, the UEFA competitions, the Emirates FA Cup, LaLiga, the Saudi league, the A-League and the Singapore Premier League.

Broad

Everything else

Cricket including the 2026 T20 World Cup, golf including the Masters, Formula 1 and MotoGP, the ATP and WTA tours and all four tennis majors, UFC, WWE, badminton and swimming.

Absent

American leagues

No NFL. No NBA. No Major League Baseball. No American college sport. Not on StarHub’s own current page.

StarHub’s prices, from the same page: “Sports+” from S$29.00 a month, “Premier+” from S$25.46, the “UltraSports Bundle” from S$48, plus a S$15.28 fibre access fee for anyone who is not already a broadband subscriber.

So a Singaporean sports fan is extremely well served — as long as the sport is not American.

One thing worth being careful about

The NBA’s own press site announced a StarHub partnership on 18 October 2019: “up to seven live games per week through NBA TV”, on NBA TV HD and Hub Sports 2, with playoff, Conference Finals and Finals games included.

That announcement is seven years old, and the NBA does not appear on StarHub’s page today. Both of those are facts. What happened between them is not something this page knows, so it is not something this page will tell you — but if basketball is why you are here, check StarHub directly rather than trusting a 2019 headline.

The one American route that is clearly here

The NFL sells its own pass through DAZN internationally, and describes it without hedging:

“Every NFL game live throughout the season, including the International Games, Playoffs and Super Bowl LXI.”

NFL.com — what is NFL Game Pass on DAZN

“Available internationally only on DAZN in more than 200 markets.”

Same page

For American football that is a complete answer. For basketball, baseball and college sport, Singapore genuinely is thinner than most markets on this list, and that is the honest reason a Singaporean reader looks abroad in the first place.

The company, not the app

Where Fubo Operates, in Fubo’s Own Words

Four markets, none of them in Asia.

“Most programming on Fubo is only available in the United States and U.S. territories.”

Fubo Help Center — is Fubo available in my country?

“The programming available in these countries is not the same as what's available in the U.S.”

Same article

Worth carrying from a market with no Fubo: there is not one Fubo behind a door. There are four services, and Fubo says plainly that their programming does not match — so “getting Fubo” is not one question.

MarketWhat is sold there
United StatesThe full vMVPD: local ABC, CBS, FOX and NBC affiliates, regional sports networks, the entertainment tiers.
CanadaSports only since April 2026 — and every Premier League match, exclusively.
SpainA Spanish free-to-air bundle for a few euros a month. Not a sports vMVPD at all.
FranceNo Fubo brand. Fubo owns Molotov, which is sold under its own name.

What the American Service Costs

Against StarHub at S$25.46 to S$48 a month, here is the American package.

Fubo plan (United States)Price per month
Essential, Pro, Core$88.99
Elite, Ultra$98.99
Ultimate$113.99
Deluxe$118.99
Fubo Sports$64.99

Fubo currently sells Pro, Core, Elite and Ultra as English-language TV plans, a Sports + News service and a Spanish-language Latino plan. The figures above are Fubo’s own, published in its help centre and checked on 21 September 2026.

They went up in 2026 after Fubo agreed carriage of NBCUniversal’s networks, announced on 10 June 2026: TV plans by $15 a month, the Sports service by $9. Fubo does not give a single switchover date — it says the date “will vary depending on when NBCUniversal channels become available in your area”. A regional sports fee of $15.99 a month applies where NBC’s regional networks are carried.

Singapore is the market on this list where the American service has the strongest case, and it is worth saying so plainly on a page that has spent most of its length talking readers out of spending money. The American leagues are the part StarHub does not carry, and they are most of what an American plan is for.

The case is still not unconditional. The NFL alone is covered by the league’s own pass, at a fraction of the price. It is the NBA, baseball and college sport where the gap is real.

Fubo’s own conditions

Rules That Apply to Any Fubo Account

Fubo’s published rules, and two that bite hardest from Asia.

01

Territory

Fubo’s travel article states that the American service is available in the United States and its territories, and that a subscriber travelling outside those areas will not be able to watch it.

02

Local channels follow the stream

The ABC, CBS, FOX and NBC affiliates on an American plan are decided by where the stream is happening rather than where the account was opened. They are the part of the package least likely to behave the way a new subscriber expects.

03

Regional sports need a check-in

Regional Sports Networks do travel, but a device used outside the home area must be checked in from the home area at least once every thirty days. Miss the window and the network stops appearing on that device.

04

Televisions are one location at a time

Apple TV, Fire TV, Android TV, Roku, Xbox and smart TVs stream from a single location at a time. Phones, tablets and web browsers do not carry that restriction.

“Local channels such as ABC, CBS, or FOX will not travel with you. The local programming you receive is based on your location when streaming Fubo.”

Fubo Help Center — watching away from home

“Regional Sports channels will travel with you, any devices you use outside of your home area must be ‘checked in’ from your home area at least once per 30 days.”

Same article

“You can only stream on connected TV devices (Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, Android TV, Roku, Xbox One) or Smart TVs from one location at a time.”

Same article

Thirty days is the number to notice. Singapore is a long way from any American home area, and the regional sports networks are a meaningful share of what an American plan costs.

The one-location rule on connected televisions is the other. Phones, tablets and browsers are exempt from it; a television is not.

What USip actually sells

What a Residential US IP Address Changes — and What It Does Not

What it changes

  • Presents a residential United States network route in place of a non-US one
  • Keeps one consistent network identity through sign-in and playback
  • Separates a location question from an account, plan or rights question while you are working out which one you have
  • Lets you test in a desktop browser before configuring a television or a streaming stick

What it leaves untouched

  • Your Fubo account, your plan, or the channels that plan includes
  • Which local channels you are offered — Fubo says those follow the location the stream is happening in
  • The thirty-day home-area check-in that regional sports networks require
  • The one-location-at-a-time rule on connected televisions
  • Whether Fubo serves you. Fubo decides that, and nothing on this page is a guarantee that it will

USip sells the network part and nothing else. Every rule in the section above is Fubo’s and still applies in full.

Of every market in this set, Singapore is where the argument for an American subscription is strongest — not because access is the problem, but because the content genuinely is not sold here. That is a different reason from the one most pages give, and it is the true one.

Before you spend anything

Four Checks Worth Making From Singapore

Two of these are quick and may end the question entirely.

01

Name the league, not the sport

If it is the NFL, the league’s own Game Pass covers Singapore and carries every game. If it is the NBA, baseball or college sport, keep reading — those are the genuine gaps.

02

Check StarHub’s current page yourself

Its line-up is long and it changes. The NBA was announced there in 2019 and is not listed today; the only reliable source for what is on it now is StarHub.

03

Add up what you would actually use

StarHub lists Sports+ from S$29.00, Premier+ from S$25.46 and the UltraSports Bundle from S$48, with a S$15.28 fibre fee if you are not a broadband subscriber. Most readers need one of these, not all.

04

Only then price the American service

The Sports service is $64.99 a month before the regional sports fee and the entertainment tiers start at $88.99, in US dollars. Here, unusually, it may well be the right answer.

Residential US IP addresses

Choose the USip Plan That Fits

USip sells residential US IP addresses. It is a network product. On this page more than most, the content gap is real — which makes it more important, not less, to be precise about what a network product does and does not do.

Questions people actually ask

Fubo in Singapore: Frequently Asked Questions

Is Fubo available in Singapore?

No, and it never has been. Fubo’s own availability article names Canada and Spain as its only other markets, and its corporate descriptions add only Molotov in France.

Can I watch the NFL in Singapore?

Yes. The NFL’s own Game Pass, sold through DAZN, covers Singapore and carries every game of the season including the playoffs and Super Bowl. StarHub’s own sports page does not list the NFL.

Does StarHub carry the NBA?

Not on its current sports page. The NBA announced a StarHub partnership in October 2019 with up to seven live games a week; basketball does not appear on StarHub’s page today. Check StarHub directly for the current position.

What sport does StarHub carry?

By its own page: Premier League, Bundesliga, the UEFA competitions, LaLiga and other football; cricket; golf; Formula 1 and MotoGP; the ATP and WTA tours and the tennis majors; UFC, WWE, badminton and swimming.

How much does StarHub cost?

Its page lists Sports+ from S$29.00 a month, Premier+ from S$25.46 and the UltraSports Bundle from S$48, plus a S$15.28 monthly fibre access fee for non-broadband subscribers.

Why is there so little American sport in Singapore?

This page does not know. What it can report is the observable part: StarHub’s own current page lists no NFL, NBA, Major League Baseball or American college sport, in a market that is otherwise very well served.

Did Fubo shut down in Singapore?

No. There was never a Singaporean Fubo service to shut down.
