What we do not store

We do not record the websites you visit or the content of traffic carried through our VPN servers.

• No VPN browsing history or traffic contents.
• No VPN connection timestamps or session duration.
• No logs of source or assigned IP addresses used for VPN connections.
• No DNS query logs from VPN use.

This policy describes VPN activity logging. It does not mean that an account can be provided without processing any customer information.

Account and website information

Account registration, billing and support involve information you provide, such as an email address and payment details. Our website also uses analytics to measure visits and subscription activity.

These records are separate from your VPN browsing history. See the Privacy Policy for how information is used and disclosed.

Privacy has several parts

Using a VPN does not make you completely anonymous. A website can still recognise an account you sign into, cookies or other identifiers. The website or app you use has its own privacy practices.

The Smart DNS service uses a different connection method and requires registration of your home public IP. It does not create a VPN tunnel or provide VPN encryption.
