If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, contact USip Support to request a refund of your subscription fee.

- Provide your account details and the reason for cancellation. Never send your password.
- Support will help with the request. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

How the 3-day free trial works
A payment method is required to start the trial. After the three free days, the selected subscription is charged and renews at its stated billing interval until cancelled.
Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. The trial and the 14-day refund policy are separate parts of the subscription offer.
