Is Hulu available in New Zealand?
Yes—the Hulu section of Disney+ NZ carries entertainment licensed locally. Disney’s Australia and New Zealand announcement dates the Star-to-Hulu change to 9 October 2025, rather than the U.S. calendar date used in some overseas reports.
That branding did not launch the standalone U.S. service here. A New Zealand Disney+ plan is not a U.S. Hulu account, a copy of its entire library or a subscription to U.S. live channels.

Quality depends on title and device. Live and linear programming, including sports, can contain ads even on Standard and Premium. Confirm the current total and renewal terms at checkout.
For offline travel: Disney’s download guidance requires Standard or Premium and a supported mobile device. Download the exact episodes before travelling and check expiry; not every title or sports replay can be saved.
