1. Account Registration and Payment

To use our VPN services, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. USIP Solutions may terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms of service or our acceptable use policy.

We offer a 3-day free trial to new users to test our VPN services. During the trial period, you will have access to all our features without any restrictions. After the trial period ends, you must purchase a subscription to continue using our VPN services.

We offer several subscription plans for our VPN services, which are billed on a recurring basis. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes associated with your subscription plan. Failure to pay your subscription fees may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

We offer a 14-day refund policy for our paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 14 days of your subscription purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the subscription.

2. No Logs Policy

We take our users’ privacy seriously and are committed to providing a No Logs Policy. This means that we do not log any of your online activity or personal information, including but not limited to, your IP address, browsing history, or DNS queries.

We do collect some minimal information necessary to provide our VPN services, including your email address and payment information. However, we do not link this information to your online activity, and we do not share this information with any third party, except as necessary to process your payments.

We also use industry-standard encryption protocols to protect your online activity and personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

We do not collaborate with any government agencies or law enforcement authorities unless compelled to do so by a court order or warrant. In such cases, we will only provide the minimum amount of information necessary to comply with the court order or warrant.

3. No Speed Cap Policy

We are committed to providing our users with the highest quality VPN services, including fast and reliable connection speeds. We do not cap or limit your connection speeds in any way, and we do not throttle your bandwidth.

However, we cannot guarantee that your connection speeds will always be the same as your regular internet speeds, as there are many factors that can affect the speed of your connection, such as your location, internet service provider, and network congestion.

We continuously monitor our network and servers to ensure that they are optimized for the best possible performance. We also work to add new servers and locations to our network to provide our users with even faster and more reliable connections.

If you experience any issues with your connection speeds or performance, please contact our support team for assistance. We will do our best to address the issue and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.

4. Prohibited Activities

As a VPN provider, we take our responsibility to ensure the safety and security of our users seriously. To that end, we prohibit the following activities on our network:

4.1. Illegal Activities: You may not use our VPN services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to, copyright infringement, hacking, fraud, terrorism, drug trafficking, money laundering, or human trafficking.

4.2. Spamming and Phishing: You may not use our VPN services to send unsolicited emails, spam, or phishing emails. You may not use our VPN services to impersonate or misrepresent yourself or others.

4.3. Malware and Viruses: You may not use our VPN services to distribute or download malware, viruses, or other harmful software or content.

4.4. Abuse of Resources: You may not use our VPN services to conduct any activity that consumes an unreasonable amount of our network resources or impacts the performance of our services for other users.

4.5. Cyberbullying and Harassment: You may not use our VPN services to engage in cyberbullying, harassment, or stalking of any individual or group.

4.6. Prohibited Content: You may not use our VPN services to access or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or obscene. This includes, but is not limited to, child pornography, hate speech, and content that promotes violence or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, or sexual orientation.

4.7. Port Scanning and Vulnerability Testing: You may not use our VPN services to conduct port scanning or vulnerability testing of any system or network without the express permission of the owner.

4.8. Other Illegal or Unauthorized Activities: You may not use our VPN services for any other illegal or unauthorized activity not explicitly listed in these prohibited activities.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account without notice if you engage in any of the above prohibited activities. We may also cooperate with law enforcement agencies and other authorities in investigating and prosecuting any illegal activities conducted using our VPN services.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

We provide our VPN services “as is” and “as available” without any warranty or guarantee of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our VPN services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our VPN services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of our VPN services in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.

We shall not be liable for any damages or losses, including but not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other damages or losses arising out of or in connection with your use of our VPN services. We shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, or any other matter relating to our VPN services.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our VPN services or any breach of these terms of service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms of service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
