USip VPN · Service information
Privacy Policy
USip VPN (“USIP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of our customers’ personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect the personal information we receive from our customers when they use our VPN service.
Information we collect
When you use our VPN service, we may collect the following information:
- Personal information: This may include your name, email address, payment information, and other identifying information you provide to us.
- Technical information: This may include generalized non-personal information about device type, operating system, and other technical data.
- We collect this information in order to provide our VPN service, to improve our service, and to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- We do not collect VPN browsing or traffic activity logs. Website analytics and subscription activity are separate from VPN activity, as explained below.
Cookies and advertising measurement
If you choose Accept, we use Google Ads cookies to measure which ads lead to visits, trial starts and first paid subscriptions. These measurements are separate from activity carried through the VPN. We do not use this consent for personalized advertising.
With your consent, we may send Google your email address in a hashed form after sign-up or payment, together with advertising click identifiers and conversion details, such as event time, transaction reference and payment value and currency where applicable. Hashing changes the email into a code; it does not make the data anonymous. Google can match this code to information it already holds to measure ad results. Read about Google enhanced conversions.
Choose No thanks to decline optional advertising cookies and this data sharing. You can change your choice using Cookie settings at the bottom of the website. We remember your choice for up to 180 days. Cookies needed for site functions, security, checkout and remembering your choice may still be used.
No-Logs Policy
We do not store VPN browsing history, traffic destinations, traffic contents or DNS queries. We do not retain VPN connection logs, including connection timestamps, source and assigned IP addresses, bandwidth usage or session duration.
This describes activity carried through the VPN; it does not mean that account, payment, support and website information are never processed. A VPN does not guarantee complete anonymity or the security of every website or app you use. See our No-Logs Policy.
No Speed Cap Policy
We do not impose speed limits or data caps on our VPN service. We do not throttle or limit your bandwidth based on your usage, and we do not discriminate against any type of traffic, application, or protocol. Actual speed depends on factors including your location, internet provider and network congestion, and may differ from your connection without the VPN. See our No Speed Cap Policy.
