Fubo’s travel article states that the American service is available in the United States and its territories, and that a subscriber travelling outside those areas will not be able to watch it.
There is no British Fubo to subscribe to and there never has been. The interesting part is what Fubo does hold — in Canada — and how it compares with what a viewer in England can actually buy.
Fubo has never operated in the United Kingdom. Fubo’s own availability article names only Canada and Spain as its other markets, and its corporate descriptions name the same three plus Molotov in France. Meanwhile Fubo holds exclusive Canadian rights to all 380 Premier League matches, while the Premier League sells roughly 267 of them for live UK broadcast. The best way to watch English football is, on that measure, not available in England.
A great many pages imply Fubo used to be here. It did not.

Canada and Spain. Not Britain, not Ireland, not anywhere else in Europe except Spain. Fubo’s corporate description says the same thing from the other direction — the company operates “in Canada, the U.S., France and Spain”, with France meaning Molotov rather than Fubo.
So there is no British service that closed, no plan that was discontinued and no account to reactivate. If a page tells you Fubo left the UK, that page is describing something that did not happen.
In April 2025 Fubo announced it had retained exclusive Canadian streaming rights to the Premier League on a multi-year deal from the 2025/26 season — all 380 matches, plus shoulder programming. One subscription in Toronto covers the entire English top flight.
Now the English side. The Premier League’s own announcement of its UK deals for 2025/26 to 2028/29 sets out what is sold for live British broadcast: Sky Sports took packages B, C, D and E, and the league describes that as
“a minimum of 215 live matches per season”

TNT Sports took package A, 52 matches. Add them and the live UK total is around 267 of 380 — roughly a hundred and thirteen matches that are not shown live in Britain at all. The BBC holds highlights for all 380.
The reason is the Saturday three o’clock closed period, which the league keeps outside the live packages. The 2025/26 deals did widen things: the league notes that for the first time
“all matches taking place outside of the Saturday 3pm ‘closed period’, including those displaced to Sunday 2pm because of club participation in European competitions, will be broadcast live”

— which is a real improvement and still leaves the 3pm fixtures unshown. This page takes no view on whether that arrangement is a good one. It simply notes the shape it produces: the most complete Premier League package Fubo sells anywhere is in Canada, and the country the league is played in is not the country where you can buy it.
Four markets. None of them is Britain, and Fubo has never suggested otherwise.

The second sentence matters even from a country with no Fubo, because it rules out the assumption underneath most workarounds — that there is one Fubo and the only question is reaching it. There are four products, and Fubo says plainly that they are not the same.

Fubo currently sells Pro, Core, Elite and Ultra as English-language TV plans, a Sports + News service and a Spanish-language Latino plan. The figures above are Fubo’s own, published in its help centre and checked on 21 September 2026.
They went up in 2026 after Fubo agreed carriage of NBCUniversal’s networks, announced on 10 June 2026: TV plans by $15 a month, the Sports service by $9. Fubo does not give a single switchover date — it says the date “will vary depending on when NBCUniversal channels become available in your area”. A regional sports fee of $15.99 a month applies where NBC’s regional networks are carried.
Worth knowing what those plans are built on: American local affiliates, American regional sports networks, the NFL, the NBA, Major League Baseball and American college sport. The Premier League rights that make Fubo interesting to a British reader are the Canadian company’s, not the American one’s, and they are not in this table.
That distinction is the single most useful thing on this page. Fubo is not one service that some countries can reach and others cannot; it is four services, and the one with the English football is not the one in the table above.

The ABC, CBS, FOX and NBC affiliates on an American plan are decided by where the stream is happening rather than where the account was opened. They are the part of the package least likely to behave the way a new subscriber expects.
Regional Sports Networks do travel, but a device used outside the home area must be checked in from the home area at least once every thirty days. Miss the window and the network stops appearing on that device.
Apple TV, Fire TV, Android TV, Roku, Xbox and smart TVs stream from a single location at a time. Phones, tablets and web browsers do not carry that restriction.

Worth reading these with the Canadian service in mind rather than the American one, since for a British reader the Canadian package is the interesting half. The regional-sports check-in and the local-affiliate rule are both artefacts of American pay-television geography; neither has a Canadian counterpart.
What does carry across is the first rule. Each of Fubo’s four services is sold for its own territory, and holding rights to all 380 Premier League matches in Canada is not the same as holding them anywhere else.

Worth repeating from a British point of view: the Fubo that carries every Premier League match is the Canadian one, and this section is about the American one. Two different subscriptions, two different sets of rights, and the network question is separate from both.
Most of the money wasted here is spent solving the wrong problem.
If the answer is Premier League, it is the Canadian service — and that is a different subscription from the American one, with different rights and a different price list.

It is the Saturday 3pm closed period, not a technical restriction and not something any subscription sold in Britain resolves. Knowing that stops you paying to solve a problem that is not a streaming problem.
