On 3 November 2026, the Swiss Netflix page for Outlander showed seven seasons. It listed German, original English and French audio, with those three languages also available among the subtitles. If you want English dialogue and German captions in Zürich, or French dialogue with English captions in Lausanne, start with the player’s two independent menus. That lets you check the combination against an actual episode before looking for another provider.
Italian did not appear in the public language list we reviewed. If you are watching from Ticino, set the profile’s preferred languages, open the episode online, then inspect Audio & Subtitles. Netflix explains that its offerings can vary by episode and device and that a download can show fewer languages. Two Swiss retailers list the final season on DVD, with different language specifications. Orell Füssli’s four-disc edition lists German and English audio, both in Dolby Digital 5.1. Its public product page showed CHF 58.90 at review. If you want to watch in French in Romandie, look instead at Fnac Suisse’s Season 8 Zone 2 DVD. Its technical specifications list French and English audio and French and English subtitles.
Both products say season eight. The seller’s language specification makes the difference to a household choosing a dub. If you need subtitles rather than spoken audio, read the subtitle entry separately. Check the selected DVD or Blu-ray format and whether your player supports the listed region. A disc purchase is a one-off purchase of that edition. It will not put a season into a streaming app on a television without a disc player.
The Prime Video season eight details list Italian among the audio languages and subtitles. Open the tenth episode if you specifically want the finale, or the full-season purchase offer if you want all ten. Look for Italiano in the appropriate field. A subtitle track does not establish that dialogue is dubbed in Italian.
During research this same Swiss-linked title returned a price in a foreign currency in one view. For that reason we cannot quote a verified Swiss checkout price. Sign in to the Swiss account you will use on the TV, confirm the digital edition, and read the final CHF amount before approving anything. A German page with a non-Swiss price can help identify an episode but is insufficient evidence of what your own account can buy.

Connect on the PC, open the U.S. STARZ site and pick the login matching the subscription receipt. Direct subscribers can use their STARZ credentials.
For an eligible cable, satellite, Hulu or YouTube TV subscription, choose the TV-provider login and select the provider.

Connect on the Mac and open the service named on your receipt. For STARZ purchased as a Prime Video Channel, start in Prime Video.
A Prime Video Channels purchase does not supply a standalone STARZ password. Resetting a STARZ password will not link the two.
Import the USip profile, connect, and reopen the STARZ app. If Google billed a direct STARZ app subscription, select the Google sign-in option.
A Roku Channel subscription stays in The Roku Channel. Use its supported player instead of creating a second STARZ subscription.
Use one full episode for the comparison. On Netflix, verify that both players use the same profile, then stream the episode rather than opening a stored download. On a purchased digital edition, check that both devices use the same retailer account. For a physical disc, use the disc’s own setup menu. Those three routes can expose different tracks even when the season and series artwork look identical.
Try the opening dialogue on the device the household will actually use. If the desired audio is present but subtitles are missing there, record the service, episode, device and missing track when contacting that seller. A US IP cannot add a French dub to a German disc or supply an unavailable subtitle file. You can often resolve a language problem without changing your connection or buying another plan.
A Swiss PayPal account can pay for USip. This covers the residential US IP service. Anyone considering the direct American STARZ product must also meet its US residence requirements.
