Fubo in Mexico

Local sports options. Clear U.S. account rules.

Mexico has no domestic Fubo package. Find the broadcaster for your competition first, then separate U.S. Fubo account, Home Network and connection requirements.

Before you choose a service

Fubo does not offer a Mexican subscription package. An existing U.S. Fubo subscription also has no official international-travel playback entitlement: its travel policy restricts viewing to the United States and U.S. territories. Before buying anything to watch from Mexico, identify the competition and the broadcaster that holds its Mexican rights. The answer may already be a service available locally.

Sources last checked: October 14, 2026. This is a review of published service rules and Mexican rights information, not a claim that we completed a Fubo playback test from Mexico.

Start with the match, not a U.S. channel name

A search for “Fubo México” can mean several different things: watching a U.S. subscription on holiday, finding English-language NFL coverage, watching the Premier League, or following a Liga MX club. Those needs do not lead to the same subscription. A U.S. channel listing cannot tell you which company carries that event in Mexico.

What you wantMexican route to checkDetail that changes the decision
Premier LeagueThe league’s 2025–28 rights list names FOX and TNT Sports Mexico.Fubo is the listed Canadian partner; that does not make its Canadian package a Mexican subscription. Check which Mexican partner carries the specific fixture.
UEFA Champions LeagueUEFA’s 2026/27 list names Max and FOX for Mexico.U.S. and Mexican partners differ. A U.S. channel package or a Disney+ subscription should not be assumed to include the Mexican stream.
NFLThe NFL’s Mexico directory lists DAZN, ESPN, TUDN, FOX and Sky.Compare the exact game’s listing with a season-wide product. A selected TV game and an entire-season pass answer different needs.
Chivas men’s Liga MX home matchesPrime Video Mexico.Chivas announced a four-year home-match agreement in 2024. It covers home fixtures; away games require a separate check.

Primary references: Premier League territory-by-territory rights, UEFA’s Champions League broadcaster list, NFL Mexico viewing directory, and Chivas’s Prime Video agreement. Rights-holder names are reproduced as listed; confirm the current consumer app and match allocation before subscribing.

Three Mexican situations that a generic Fubo guide misses

You want the Premier League and have seen Fubo recommended

First check which country the recommendation describes. The Premier League’s own map gives Fubo the Canadian rights, NBC Sports the U.S. rights, and FOX/TNT Sports the Mexican rights. A review written for Canada therefore answers a different buying question. For Mexico, search the actual fixture in the local partners’ schedules and check live coverage, replay availability and commentary separately.

You follow Chivas, rather than every Liga MX club

Home versus away matters. Chivas’s own viewing instructions say its home matches in Mexico are available with an active Prime Video subscription, without an additional Chivas TV channel subscription. That is a useful purchase distinction for a Guadalajara supporter. It does not establish where every away match or every other club’s match is available. Use the club’s official viewing instructions and its latest fixture announcement.

You mainly want NFL games in English

Do not assume that viewing from Mexico requires a Spanish-only feed. DAZN’s Mexican help centre says NFL Game Pass offers English commentary for every game; additional languages depend on region and event. Its page still labels the detailed Spanish-commentary schedule as 2025–26, so that old weekly count should not be treated as a 2026 promise. Check the audio choices on the current game. DAZN language guidance.

Device allowances also affect a family viewing setup. DAZN currently describes two simultaneous streams from the same IP for standard NFL Game Pass, with a different allowance for Ultimate. A television on home Wi-Fi and a phone using mobile data may count as different connections. Check the Mexican device and connection rules before choosing a tier.

Does a U.S. Fubo account work on a trip to Mexico?

Officially, international playback is not included. Fubo’s Spanish-language U.S. travel policy says subscribers cannot watch outside the United States and its territories. Mexico’s proximity to the U.S. does not change that policy, including in border cities.

Within permitted U.S. travel, local channels can follow the viewing location, regional sports have home-area requirements, and connected televisions can stream from only one location at a time. These separate conditions explain why opening the website, signing in and playing a particular game are three different results.

A hotel Wi-Fi login, a roaming mobile connection or a U.S. billing address is not evidence of an international Fubo entitlement. If you are troubleshooting an existing account, record the exact error and requested channel. Avoid changing the home address or Home Network merely because one match fails.

What “residential U.S. IP” does—and does not—mean for Fubo

A residential U.S. connection changes the public network address that a website receives. It does not purchase Fubo, add a channel, authenticate your account, establish residency, or confer Mexican or U.S. broadcast rights. It also does not guarantee that Fubo will accept playback.

Residential IP is not the same as Fubo Home Network. Fubo says VPN/proxy connections, shared networks and mobile hotspots cannot be used to set its Home Network. Renting a residential U.S. connection does not remove that restriction. See the official Home Network rules.

Regional sports are another independent check. Fubo ties them to the account’s home ZIP and requires travelling devices to have signed in from the home area within the last month. A different exit IP does not automatically add another city’s sports network. Fubo regional sports guidance.

USip supplies the connection service. Fubo subscriptions, channel packages, account eligibility and sports rights remain separate. For connection diagnostics and device setup, use our Fubo travel and Home Network guide.

Price, payment and the app: check these before spending

There is no official Fubo Mexico price in pesos to quote. A U.S. plan price, a currency conversion and a locally sold Mexican package are different things. Include the plan, any relevant add-on, bank conversion costs and the connection service when comparing your total with a local option.

Fubo lists Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover among its accepted card networks. That list does not establish that every Mexican-issued card or billing address is eligible. We have not tested a Mexican payment card, and do not recommend invented billing details. Ask Fubo about the actual account and card before relying on them. Fubo payment methods.

Hardware support and app-store availability are also separate. A compatible Roku, Samsung television or Android device does not automatically have the app in every regional store. Check the exact model and operating system in Fubo’s device list, then check the store on that device. Do this before buying a streaming stick specifically for Fubo.

Frequently asked questions

Is Fubo Latino a Mexican service?

No. Spanish-language programming does not establish a Mexican subscription market. Verify the package’s country and rights, not just its language. Fubo’s country availability page does not list Mexico.

Can I watch all Liga MX matches with Fubo?

Do not buy on that assumption. Start with your club, whether it is playing home or away, and the match’s Mexican broadcaster. The Chivas/Prime Video example above shows why one U.S. channel list is insufficient.

Will a U.S. IP make my Fubo subscription work in Mexico?

It changes the network-country signal, but access remains subject to Fubo’s account, device, location and rights checks. No successful Mexico playback test is claimed on this page.

Why not use ESPN in Mexico instead?

It may be appropriate if ESPN’s Mexican catalogue includes the event. Read our ESPN Mexico and U.S. ESPN comparison before choosing a plan. The ESPN brand does not mean identical rights across countries.

How this guide was verified

On October 14, 2026, we compared Fubo’s territory, travel, Home Network, payment and device documentation with official league, club and Mexican service pages. The sources are linked beside the relevant claims. The rights table identifies where to start; it is not a complete live fixture schedule. Prices, account acceptance and playback were not tested. The first published edition records this evidence review; future changes should identify the affected competition or service rule and its new source.

Set up your device

For Mexico, distinguish a supported device from a regional app-store listing. Fubo’s Home Network rules are a separate restriction; a setup video does not establish a qualifying home network.
