How to Watch Pluto TV in Singapore

Short answer: Pluto TV has no service for Singapore. Its apps are listed for devices “available in your region”, and on 6 October 2026 Singapore’s App Store did not carry the Pluto TV app at all. What a reader here can reach is the U.S. service, over a U.S. connection — and Pluto TV says it blocks any VPN or proxy it detects.

Some of what Pluto TV offers already has a Singapore form. Mediacorp streams its free channels, from Channel 5 to CNA, on mewatch; Samsung and LG both describe free channel services for their televisions on their Singapore websites; and two of Paramount’s own brands, Nickelodeon and Nick Jr., sit in StarHub’s TV+ line-up. Paramount+, Paramount’s main streaming service, does not list Singapore among its regions.

The first check takes about ten minutes and needs no Pluto TV account. On a laptop, connect a residential U.S. IP, open pluto.tv in a fresh browser window and play two things. Pluto TV’s help centre says “You can watch Pluto TV on the Web, no download needed.” So no app store is involved, and the answer comes back in Pluto TV’s own words.

Look at what Singapore already has

Paramount’s brands and free channels with ads, as they reach Singapore

Pluto TV belongs to Paramount, and it is built on a simple idea: TV channels you can watch free, with advertising. Both halves of that have a Singapore version, but neither of them is Pluto TV. Each line below was checked on 6 October 2026 unless it carries another date.

NameIn SingaporeCompared with Pluto TV in the U.S.
Nickelodeon and Nick Jr.StarHub TV+: Nickelodeon HD on channel 314 and Nick Jr. HD on 304, both in the Entertainment+ pass. Star Trek, CSI and other CBS-made seriesWe found no Singapore listing from a broadcaster or streamer that we could cite.On the U.S. Pluto TV, USip’s own log records a Star Trek channel and CSI: Miami on demand in September 2026.
Paramount+Absent from the list of regions on Paramount+’s own website, and not mentioned on StarHub’s channel listing.A separate Paramount service. Pluto TV is the free one.
mewatch (Mediacorp)Live streams of Channel 5, Channel 8, Channel U, Suria, Vasantham and CNA, other free channels and on-demand shows. Signing in with meconnect adds watchlists and downloads. The local free option: Singapore’s own channels, free to watch.
Samsung TV PlusSamsung’s Singapore site describes a free, ad-supported service built into Samsung smart TVs, with channels that vary by country. The same model as Pluto TV — free channels with ads — with Samsung’s line-up.
LG ChannelsLG’s Singapore site describes a free streaming service on LG smart TVs, with live and on-demand channels and content that varies by country.Free channels again, with LG’s line-up.

Two things follow from the table. Of Paramount’s channel brands, the ones we found in Singapore are children’s channels on pay TV, made for the region rather than copied from the American feeds; the other names Pluto TV is known for have no local home we could confirm. And free channel services are already here three times over: mewatch for Singapore’s own channels, plus Samsung TV Plus and LG Channels on those makers’ televisions.

So the useful question is not whether you can get free TV in Singapore — you can — but whether you want the American line-up in particular. If you are after Singapore programmes, or a free channel on the living-room set, use what is here: no address question and nothing to configure. If it is the U.S. Pluto TV you want, with American channels, American news and an American on-demand library, read on.

Line-ups change without much notice. StarHub’s listing was read on 6 October 2026. The Singtel detail comes from its notice that the DreamWorks channel would close on 16 July 2025, which pointed viewers to Nickelodeon Asia and Nick Jr.; we have not read Singtel’s current full list. Samsung and LG both say what they offer varies by country.

Pluto TV’s own wording, quoted

What Pluto TV says about regions, VPNs and accounts

Pluto TV’s help centre covers the points that matter from Singapore in a handful of short articles. Each box below quotes one of them; the paragraphs after the boxes put them together.

The help article

“Please disable these services on your device to stream videos.”

Pluto TV’s help article asks this of anyone who sees its VPN or proxy message. It says the message means “we’ve detected that your device is connected to a VPN, proxy service, or other software” that may move your traffic outside your region.

The reason

It blocks any VPN or proxy it detects

“Since we can’t determine the exact purpose or use for a VPN or proxy, we need to block any use of them.” In plain terms, Pluto TV says it blocks every VPN or proxy it detects. Your reason for using one does not change the answer.

Where the apps run

Devices “available in your region”

Pluto TV lists its apps platform by platform, for devices in your region, and keeps a separate list of devices it supports in the United States only. Singapore has no Pluto TV service, so neither list is written for it.

The welcome page

“Drop in. It’s free.”

“Watch 250+ channels of free TV and 1000s of on-demand movies and TV shows.” Paramount’s name for this kind of service is “Free Ad-Supported Streaming Television (FAST)”. The adverts are the business; the watching is free.

The account

Optional, and it adds features rather than access

Pluto TV’s case for signing up: “Sign up to enjoy a personalized experience, a kid-friendly space, the latest updates and more.” None of that is needed to press play. Even the Watch List works without one — “no free account is needed to use it”, says Pluto TV — though it stays on the device where you made it.

Error 3304

An ad blocker can stop the stream

Pluto TV’s error-code article, dated 17 September 2026, says code 3304 “typically refers to a connectivity or ad blocker issue”, and the fix it gives is to turn the ad blocker off. A service funded by adverts expects them to load.

Put together, the rules make a short checklist. With no Pluto TV service for Singapore, a Singapore address sits outside its service area. A U.S. address helps only if Pluto TV accepts it, and Pluto TV says it blocks VPNs, proxies and “other software that may reroute your internet traffic outside your current region”. A residential U.S. IP is an ordinary household address rather than a server, but it does reroute your traffic, so Pluto TV can apply that rule to it. We would rather you read this here than find it out after setting anything up.

There is one record of Pluto TV outside its service area that we can vouch for: USip’s own iPhone video from September 2022, in which the app displayed “Not in Service Area” until the U.S. connection was switched on. That was the 2022 app. We have not recorded what today’s app shows in Singapore.

Free with ads, account optional

The U.S. Pluto TV service, part by part

Pluto TV is free to watch and funded by advertising. Its welcome page sums up the offer in four words — “Drop in. It’s free.” — and nothing about it is sold, so there is nothing to choose or sign up for first.

PartPluto TV’s wordsWhat it means from Singapore
Live channels“Watch 100s of free channels - with local & national news, live sports, fan-favorite shows, movies and more.”They run to a U.S. schedule. You join whatever is on, and the news is American news.
On demand“Explore 1000s of on-demand movies to full seasons of binge-worthy shows.”A title starts when you press play, so the 12- or 13-hour gap with New York stops mattering.
Account“Sign up to enjoy a personalized experience, a kid-friendly space, the latest updates and more.”Optional. Nothing in the check on this page needs one.
Watch ListIt is device-specific, and “no free account is needed to use it”.Build it on the device you will watch on; it won’t follow you to another one.
CaptionsClosed captions are offered on all devices.Available whichever screen you use.
Connection“Having a fast connection (faster than 5mb) is certainly important, but having a stable connection”A steady line matters more than a fast one. Mobile data that drops in and out shows up as stalls.

The sign-up form is where a reader in Singapore should stop. It asks for a name, a date of birth, a gender and a ZIP code — a U.S. postal code. Someone living here has no true answer for that last box, and no reason to make one up: an account changes what you can save, not what you can watch. Skip it.

Two things stay out of reach whatever your connection: the app stores, which follow your account’s country (more on that below), and anything Pluto TV chooses not to carry on a given day. Channels come and go, so treat any title named on this page as an example from the day it was seen.

UTC+8 all year; the American clocks move

Singapore evenings line up with American mornings

Singapore keeps UTC+8 all year and has no daylight saving. The United States changes its clocks twice a year, so the gap moves on American dates only — in 2026, on 8 March and 1 November.

From 8 March to 31 October 2026, Singapore is 12 hours ahead of New York and 15 hours ahead of Los Angeles. On Sunday 1 November the U.S. goes back to standard time — at 2 p.m. Singapore time for New York and 5 p.m. for Los Angeles — and the gaps grow to 13 and 16 hours until 14 March 2027. The year began the same way, with 13 and 16 hours until 8 March.

9 a.m.9 p.m. / 8 p.m., the evening before6 p.m. / 5 p.m., the evening before

For Pluto TV this matters on the live side only. Its live channels run to a schedule, so programmes timed for an American evening play during a Singapore morning, and American breakfast news plays while you are eating dinner. The on-demand library has no clock at all: a film starts when you press play, at any hour.

The four-step check further down works at any time of day. Its point is to see whether Pluto TV plays for you, not to catch a particular programme.

Times computed with the IANA time-zone database (version 2026c) for Asia/Singapore, America/New_York and America/Los_Angeles. They are plain clock conversions. We have not seen a Pluto TV programme guide from Singapore, so check a channel’s own listing for its slots.

Singtel, StarHub, M1, SIMBA — one answer

What Pluto TV reads from a Singapore line

Every ordinary line in Singapore hands your devices a Singapore public address, and that address is the first thing Pluto TV reads. How fast the line is makes no difference to what it says.

How you connectWho provides itWhat Pluto TV reads
Fibre broadband at homeSingtel, StarHub, M1 and smaller providersA Singapore address, where Pluto TV has no service
4G or 5G mobile data, or a laptop tethered to a phoneSingtel, StarHub, M1, SIMBA and the brands that use their networksA Singapore address
Wi-Fi at work, on campus, in a condo or a hotelThe employer, university, building or hotelA Singapore address — and the network may stop the kind of connection USip uses, so a failure there says more about the building than about Pluto TV
Any of the above, with USip connectedUSip, over your existing lineOne ordinary U.S. household address, which Pluto TV can still refuse

Singapore is heavily connected. IMDA’s figures for August 2024, the newest month we could read in full on its site, count 9,795,900 mobile subscriptions — 165.5 for every 100 people — and about 2.15 million of them were on 5G. There were 1,461,900 residential wired broadband subscriptions, which IMDA puts at 93.5% of households, and fibre has all but replaced copper: 1,595,100 fibre subscriptions against 200 on copper DSL.

One technical point decides more of these checks than speed does. Many networks give a device two public addresses: the familiar IPv4 one and a newer IPv6 one. If your U.S. connection carries only IPv4, a browser can still reach some sites over IPv6 — from your Singapore address. That is why the first step of the check reads both lines on an address checker.

IMDA’s tables give totals rather than each provider’s share, so we list providers without ranking them. Its statistics page also lists releases for 2025, which we could not open; the figures above come from its release for July to December 2024, last updated on 8 November 2024.

Four kinds of connection, one rule

Which kind of U.S. connection to try with Pluto TV

Making an address checker say “United States” is easy. Pluto TV’s rule is aimed at the connection as well as the country, so the kind of address behind it matters.

OptionWhat Pluto TV readsThe catchFair use
Your Singapore lineA Singapore addressPluto TV has no service heremewatch, Samsung TV Plus and LG Channels, and a baseline for the check
Free VPN appsServer addresses shared by very many peopleExactly what Pluto TV’s VPN rule describes; crowded, and they change oftenNot this
Data-centre VPN servicesAn address from a hosting company’s rangeThe country can read U.S. while the address is plainly a serverPrivacy on public Wi-Fi
USip residential U.S. IPOne ordinary consumer address on a U.S. internet providerStill a rerouted connection in Pluto TV’s terms, and Pluto TV can refuse itOne steady U.S. address for the laptop check

What a residential U.S. IP changes

  • The public address Pluto TV reads: a U.S. household line instead of a Singapore one
  • Consistency: the same address on every visit, not a pool shared with strangers
  • Clarity: with no account involved, a refusal can only be about the connection

If a live channel and an on-demand title both play, you have your answer for that device.

What it cannot change

  • Pluto TV’s VPN and proxy rule, and its freedom to refuse any address
  • The country of your Apple Account or Google account, and so your app store
  • Which channels and titles Pluto TV carries on a given day
  • Singapore law, and the rules of whichever network you are on

When Pluto TV says no, stop there. Changing settings ten times won’t turn a refusal into a yes.

Ten minutes, one laptop, no account

Four steps to see what Pluto TV makes of your connection

A laptop browser is the clearest place to start. You see the address, Pluto TV’s reply and nothing in between, and pluto.tv needs neither an app store nor an account.

1

Connect, then read both address lines

Set up USip with the Windows guide or the Mac guide, connect, and open an IP address checker. The IPv4 line must say United States. If an IPv6 line appears, it must not name Singtel, StarHub, M1 or any other Singapore provider: whatever the checker sees, Pluto TV can see too. Fix that before going further.

2

Open pluto.tv in a fresh private window

A private window carries no cookies from earlier visits. Switch off any ad blocker for the site — Pluto TV links error 3304 to ad blockers — and don’t sign in, because no account is needed. Pluto TV’s advice for laptops is “For the best viewing experience on your desktop/laptop, please use Chrome or Firefox.”

3

Play one live channel and one on-demand title

Give each one a full minute, adverts included. The live channel shows the stream starts; the on-demand title shows the library opens to you as well. Write down which ones you chose, so a later check compares like with like.

4

Read the answer in Pluto TV’s words

If both play, Pluto TV has accepted the connection on that laptop, today. If it shows a message asking you to disable your VPN or proxy, it has identified the connection as rerouted — that is its rule at work, not a fault. Check step 1, then retry once. Not ten times: the answer won’t change, and repeated attempts tell you nothing new.

USip’s streaming test log holds two Pluto TV entries, and neither was run from Singapore. On 17 September 2026, from Denmark, a Lenovo ThinkPad T14 Gen 4 with Windows 11 25H2, OpenVPN Connect 3.7 and Chrome 152 played the Pluto TV Star Trek channel for 15 minutes. On 7 September 2026, from Sweden, a Google Pixel 8 with Android 16, OpenVPN Connect 3.6 and Pluto TV app 5.48 played CSI: Miami season 1, episode 1 on demand for 12 minutes. Both showed the U.S. catalogue.

Those entries describe two days in two other countries. For Singapore, your own four steps are the evidence that counts.

Laptop first, phone second, television last

Setting up each device in Singapore

USip connects computers and phones through the OpenVPN Connect app, and televisions through Smart DNS. The four videos were recorded in September 2022. The USip steps in them still apply, but Pluto TV’s screens and the app-store rules have changed since, so read the note beside each one.

Windows
Windows

A Windows PC: pluto.tv in the browser

This is still the simplest route, and it is the one the Windows video shows: a browser, pluto.tv and a U.S. connection. No app store is involved, so the country on your Microsoft account doesn’t matter. Install OpenVPN Connect, import your USip profile, connect, read the address checker, then open pluto.tv in a private window — Ctrl+Shift+N in Chrome, Ctrl+Shift+P in Firefox.

Pluto TV’s device list also names a desktop app for Windows 11. Leave it until the browser check has worked.

Step by step: the Windows setup guide.

macOS
macOS

A Mac: the same browser route, with two settings to check

The Mac video also opens pluto.tv in a browser, and that is still the route to take. Two settings can send traffic around your connection. If iCloud Private Relay is on, Safari sends its traffic through Apple’s relays; and if your line offers IPv6, the browser may use it. Run the check in Chrome or Firefox, as Pluto TV suggests for laptops, and read both lines on the address checker.

Step by step: the Mac setup guide.

Android
Android

An Android phone: the browser first, the Play Store later

The Android video changes the Google Play country to the United States. For anyone in Singapore that step is out of date: Google’s help page now says that to set a new country “you must be in that location”, and it allows a change only once every 90 days. So begin in Chrome: connect OpenVPN Connect, read the address checker, open pluto.tv.

Whether the Pluto TV app is offered to you depends on your Google account’s country, not on the connection. We could not check Google Play’s Singapore listing, so we make no claim either way.

Step by step: the Android setup guide.

iPhone and iPad
iPhone and iPad

iPhone and iPad: Safari first; the App Store follows your Apple Account

On 6 October 2026 the Singapore App Store did not list Pluto TV. The iPhone video changes the App Store country; before you think about doing the same, read Apple’s own conditions. Apple asks you to spend any remaining Apple Account balance and to wait for memberships, pre-orders and rentals to finish, it won’t move an account while certain subscriptions are active, and it warns: “Some types of content might not be available in your new country or region.”

Your Singapore Apple Account holds your local apps, so don’t move it for one free app. Safari, with OpenVPN Connect running and iCloud Private Relay off, is the place to start.

Step by step: the iOS setup guide.

Televisions, streaming sticks and games consoles can’t run OpenVPN Connect, so USip sets them up with Smart DNS. You register your home’s public IP address with USip, then enter the DNS details in the device’s network settings, or once on the router for every device at home. If your provider changes that public address, register the new one. The Smart DNS guide covers each step.

Samsung and LG televisions are on Pluto TV’s main device list, but we have not checked what their app stores show on a set in Singapore. Leave the television until the laptop check has worked.

App stores follow the account, not the connection

Why the browser comes before any app in Singapore

An app store shows you the catalogue of the country your account belongs to. Connecting from a U.S. address doesn’t change that, which is why pluto.tv in a browser is the first stop.

Apple, 6 October 2026

Not in Singapore’s App Store

The Pluto TV app (Apple ID 751712884) was listed in the U.S. App Store and in thirteen other countries’ stores, from Canada and Mexico to the UK, Sweden, Norway and Denmark, but not in Singapore’s. A Singapore Apple Account will not find it.

Apple’s conditions

Moving an Apple Account comes with conditions

Apple’s support page sets out what comes first: spend any remaining balance, let memberships, pre-orders and rentals run out, and make sure no subscription that would block the move is still running. It also warns that some content might not be available in the new country.

Google Play

You set the Play country from inside the country

Google’s help page says that to set a new country or region “you must be in that location”, and you must wait at least 90 days between changes. We could not check the Singapore Play Store for Pluto TV, so we make no claim about it.

The web player

pluto.tv needs no store

Pluto TV’s troubleshooting page: “You can watch Pluto TV on the Web, no download needed.” On a laptop that means no store, no store country and nothing to install apart from OpenVPN Connect.

Smart TVs

Samsung and LG are on Pluto TV’s list

Pluto TV names Samsung Tizen TVs from 2017 onwards and LG’s webOS among its platforms, for devices in your region. What the Samsung or LG app store shows on a Singapore set, we have not checked. Samsung TV Plus and LG Channels, both free, are built into recent models.

U.S.-only hardware

Some devices are for the U.S. only

Pluto TV marks Google Chromecast, Comcast and Cox X1 boxes, Hisense Vidaa + App, PlayStation 4 and 5, Sony TVs, TiVo, and Vizio’s SmartCast and WatchFree+ as available only in the United States. If you own none of them, skip this one.

The order that follows is simple. Check in a laptop browser first. If Pluto TV plays there, try the phone’s browser. Think about apps and app-store countries last, and only if the browser route isn’t enough for you.

Local rules, stated carefully

VPN use in Singapore, and Pluto TV’s own rule

Two sets of rules apply here: Singapore’s laws, and Pluto TV’s rule for its own service. We can quote the second word for word. On the first, we can only tell you what we looked for and what we found.

Singapore law

What we found

We looked for a Singapore statute, regulator page or government statement that deals with VPN software directly, and found none we could quote. We have not found a Singapore law that bans VPN software as such. We are not lawyers, and nothing here is legal advice.

Pluto TV’s rule

What Pluto TV says

“Since we can’t determine the exact purpose or use for a VPN or proxy, we need to block any use of them.” That is a rule for Pluto TV’s service, not a law. It applies wherever you are, and Pluto TV can apply it to a residential U.S. IP like any other rerouted connection it detects.

Networks you don’t run

Work, school and building rules

An employer’s, school’s or building’s network has its own acceptable-use rules, separate from the law. Read them before installing anything on a work laptop or a managed phone.

Content rules

A separate question

Laws about what may be watched or reached online are a different matter from VPN software, and they change. If the answer matters for your job or your situation, ask a Singapore source you trust rather than a streaming guide.

Our own position is narrow. USip supplies a residential U.S. IP connection. Whether to use it for Pluto TV is your decision, made with Pluto TV’s rule in front of you — which is why that rule appears more than once on this page.

What people in Singapore ask, answered from the sources

Pluto TV in Singapore — FAQ

Answered from Pluto TV’s help centre, Paramount’s and StarHub’s own pages, Apple’s and Google’s help pages and IMDA’s statistics. Where an answer depends on something we don’t control, we say so.

Is Pluto TV available in Singapore?

Not as a local service. Pluto TV lists its apps for devices “available in your region”, and on 6 October 2026 the Pluto TV app was not in Singapore’s App Store. When Paramount announced its Nordic launch in May 2022, it said “we’re now streaming in more than 30 countries and territories globally”; we found no launch for Singapore. What you can reach from here, over a U.S. connection, is the U.S. service, and Pluto TV may refuse that connection.

Is Pluto TV free in Singapore?

Pluto TV is free with ads — “Drop in. It’s free.” is how its welcome page puts it — and you need no account to watch. There is no local Pluto TV service in Singapore, though, so the free part you would be watching is the U.S. service, reached over a U.S. connection. USip, which supplies that connection, is a separate service with nothing to do with Pluto TV’s own offer.

Do I need a Pluto TV account to watch from Singapore?

No. Live channels and on-demand titles play without one, and even the Watch List works without an account: Pluto TV says “no free account is needed to use it”, though the list stays on the device where you made it. An account adds a personalised experience, a kids’ space and updates. Its sign-up form asks for a U.S. ZIP code, so from Singapore the honest choice is to skip it.

Why does Pluto TV tell me to disable my VPN or proxy?

Because it has decided your connection is rerouted. Its help article explains the rule: “Since we can’t determine the exact purpose or use for a VPN or proxy, we need to block any use of them.” A residential U.S. IP is an ordinary household address, but it still reroutes your traffic, so the same rule can be applied to it. Check that your address checker shows the United States on every line, retry once, and then stop.

Can I download the Pluto TV app in Singapore?

Not from Singapore’s App Store: on 6 October 2026 it did not list Pluto TV, while the U.S. store and thirteen others did. App stores follow your account’s country, not your connection. Apple sets conditions before an account can move country, and Google requires you to be in the new country. We could not check Google Play in Singapore. pluto.tv in a browser needs no store at all.

Can I watch Pluto TV on my Samsung or LG TV in Singapore?

Pluto TV lists Samsung Tizen TVs from 2017 and LG’s webOS among its platforms, but only for devices “available in your region”, and we have not checked what a Singapore set’s app store shows. A TV can’t run OpenVPN Connect, so USip connects televisions through Smart DNS, set on the TV or the router. Both makers also offer free channel services here, Samsung TV Plus and LG Channels. Try the laptop check first.

Is Paramount+ available in Singapore?

Not as far as Paramount’s own pages show. On 6 October 2026, Paramount+’s list of regions named countries in Europe, the Americas and Australia, and not Singapore. StarHub’s TV+ channel listing, read the same day, didn’t mention it either. We did not read Singtel’s full line-up. Pluto TV and Paramount+ are separate Paramount services, and Pluto TV is the free one.

Where can I watch Nickelodeon in Singapore?

On pay TV. On 6 October 2026, StarHub TV+ listed Nickelodeon HD on channel 314 and Nick Jr. HD on 304, in its Entertainment+ pass. Singtel TV’s notice of a channel closure on 16 July 2025 named Nickelodeon Asia (channel 240) and Nick Jr. (238). These are channels run for Asia, with their own schedules, not Pluto TV’s free U.S. channels. We found no MTV or Comedy Central channel on StarHub’s list.

Are there free streaming services like Pluto TV in Singapore?

Yes, three that we could trace to their own pages. Mediacorp’s mewatch streams Channel 5, Channel 8, Channel U, Suria, Vasantham and CNA, with a meconnect sign-in for watchlists and downloads. Samsung’s Singapore site describes Samsung TV Plus as free and ad-supported on its smart TVs, and LG’s describes LG Channels as a free streaming service on LG smart TVs. Samsung and LG both say what they offer varies by country.

What time is it in New York when it is evening in Singapore?

Morning. Singapore stays on UTC+8 all year. Until 31 October 2026 it is 12 hours ahead of New York and 15 ahead of Los Angeles, so 9 p.m. in Singapore is 9 a.m. in New York and 6 a.m. in Los Angeles. From 1 November 2026 to 14 March 2027 the gaps are 13 and 16 hours, and 9 p.m. here is 8 a.m. in New York. Pluto TV’s live channels follow a U.S. schedule; on-demand titles start whenever you press play.

Is it legal to use a VPN in Singapore?

We have not found a Singapore law that bans VPN software as such, and we found no government statement on the point that we could quote. We are not lawyers, and this is not legal advice. Employers, schools and buildings set their own network rules, and laws on online content are a separate question. What we can quote is Pluto TV’s own rule: it blocks any VPN or proxy it detects, wherever you are.

Will a residential US IP make Pluto TV play in Singapore?

It changes the address Pluto TV reads from a Singapore one to an ordinary U.S. household one. It cannot promise the result: Pluto TV says it blocks VPNs and proxies it detects, and it can refuse any address, USip’s included. USip’s log has two Pluto TV entries, from Denmark on 17 September 2026 and from Sweden on 7 September 2026, and none from Singapore. Run the four-step laptop check and judge by what you see.

Does USip include a Pluto TV account?

No. USip supplies one residential U.S. IP connection and nothing else. Pluto TV is a separate service run by Paramount: it is free with ads, needs no account to watch, and decides for itself which connections it accepts. Nothing on Pluto TV is part of a USip plan, and USip has no say over what Pluto TV shows or refuses.

The Pluto TV hub, and the guides for seven other countries

The hub covers Pluto TV’s rules, the U.S. service and its error messages in full. Each country guide starts from what that country already watches. Australia is the other Asia-Pacific guide; there, Pluto-branded channels exist locally, inside the 10 app and website.

The order that saves time in Singapore

Start with what is already here. mewatch, Samsung TV Plus and LG Channels are free and local, and StarHub TV+ carries Nickelodeon and Nick Jr. If none of that is what you are after, the U.S. Pluto TV check takes ten minutes: USip connected on a laptop, both address lines read, a private window, one live channel and one on-demand title.

If both play, you know where you stand on that device. If Pluto TV asks you to disable your VPN or proxy, it has made its call under its own rule: note the wording, retry once, and leave it there.
