How to Watch U.S. Hulu in Luxembourg
If you already have an American Hulu account, the connection may be the part you need to check. If you simply want The Bear, start with Disney+ Luxembourg. This guide separates those two routes and shows exactly what our iPhone test recorded.

The official Disney+ Luxembourg website includes a Hulu section within the Disney+ subscription. It carries entertainment licensed for that market. Seeing the Hulu logo there does not activate the separate American Hulu subscription or reproduce its entire catalogue.
That distinction matters before you pay for a connection. If you want a particular series, search your Luxembourg Disney+ account for the exact season and episode. Check the audio and subtitle choices in the player, especially if you prefer French or German. A page written in French does not by itself confirm the language tracks for every episode.

Want The Bear? Check the local option first
Disney+ Luxembourg lists The Bear, including season four, episode one. This is also the episode in our Hulu connection test. The test therefore demonstrates a particular playback session; it is not evidence that you need USip to see that episode in Luxembourg.
For another programme, compare the exact title and season rather than assuming everything carrying the Hulu brand is identical. Release dates, language options and available episodes can differ. If the local catalogue already has the version you want, that may be the simpler choice. USip is relevant when your need is specifically the U.S. service and you already meet the separate account requirements.

This was an on-demand iPhone session. It does not establish full-episode viewing, video resolution, every title in the catalogue, a new subscription purchase, Smart DNS, television playback or Hulu + Live TV. The date above remains the date of the test, even when this guide is updated.
Check the Hulu account before starting a USip trial
Confirm that your Hulu subscription is active and that the plan includes the programme you intend to watch. If an account or payment problem already exists, resolve it with Hulu or the company that bills the subscription. A working VPN connection cannot restore a cancelled plan or add missing content rights.
USip supplies a connection. It does not supply a Hulu login, approve a Luxembourg payment card or change eligibility for a new American subscription. The recorded test used playback, not the sign-up or billing process. A local Disney+ subscription should not be treated as proof of a U.S. Hulu entitlement.
Hulu states that its videos are available in the U.S. and that VPNs and proxies are unsupported. Its location checks can still reject a connection. The published test is a dated technical result, not permission from Hulu or a promise of continued access.
Set up the iPhone route used in the test
Hulu’s supported-device list includes iPhones and iPads. Device compatibility and access to the official app are separate checks: connecting a VPN does not install an unavailable app or alter your app-store account.
- Confirm you can use the official Hulu app on your supported iPhone and have the correct Hulu subscription credentials.
- Open the USip iPhone and iPad setup guide. Install OpenVPN Connect and import the profile supplied with your USip account, following the current instructions.
- Connect the USip profile on the iPhone you will use for playback. Check that the connection is active before reopening Hulu.
- Sign in and open the exact title, season and episode you need. Test playback rather than stopping at a successful login or catalogue screen.
- Check sound, subtitles and a viewing session long enough for your normal use. Record any error together with the device and connection method.
If you switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, recheck that the VPN remains connected. Do not assume a result from one connection automatically carries over to the next.
Separate a location error from an account problem
- Sign-in fails or the plan is missing: confirm the account and billing provider first. This is different from video being blocked after sign-in.
- P-EDU101 or a proxy message appears: note the exact code, confirm the USip profile is connected on the same iPhone, then reopen Hulu. If it persists, send the details to support; repeated subscription purchases will not diagnose it.
- Hulu requests location permission: consult Hulu’s location-services instructions. A VPN connection is not the same as the device’s location permission and does not guarantee that every location check passes.
- The programme is missing: check its season and your plan. Compare with the local Disney+ listing rather than assuming a connection failure.
- Playback starts but buffers: check your ordinary internet connection, then the VPN connection. Keep the time and title of the failed attempt for support.
USip support can review the connection setup. Hulu handles its own subscriptions and entitlements. Never include your password or full payment-card details in a support message.
A phone test does not establish TV or Live TV access
The published Luxembourg session took place on an iPhone. It does not show that a television, streaming box or casting receiver uses the same connection. If you plan to watch on a TV, confirm its setup with support before selecting a plan; connecting a nearby phone alone does not route the TV through USip.
