How to Watch US Prime Video Outside the US
Prime Video works in many countries, but the titles available while travelling can differ from your home library. A US residential IP changes your connection’s network location; your Amazon account, membership, purchases and add-on subscriptions still determine what you can watch.

Can I Watch US Prime Video Abroad?
You may be able to watch selected titles while travelling, but a US IP alone does not guarantee the full US catalog. Amazon applies travel rules to your home membership, and add-on subscriptions have their own restrictions. Check whether the title is included with Prime, rented or purchased, or part of a paid channel before changing your setup.

Set Up USip for Prime Video in Four Steps
- Check your Prime Video account and title. Sign in to the account that owns the membership, purchase or channel. Note the title, season and episode you want to watch.
- Choose your device setup. On Windows, Mac, Android, iPhone or iPad, use OpenVPN Connect with your USip profile. On a TV or streaming device, follow the Smart DNS guide, including public-IP registration.
- Open Prime Video after connecting. On a VPN device, confirm that its public IP is detected in the United States. With Smart DNS, a normal IP lookup may still show your home country.
- Check the catalog and play the exact title. Compare the same account before and after connecting. Record playback separately from whether a title appears in search. Keep any error message for support.
You need an active USip subscription or trial for the connection and your own Prime Video access. USip VPN provides a residential US IP; it does not include an Amazon subscription.
What a Residential US IP Changes
USip routes VPN traffic through a real US home broadband connection. The assigned public IP is used by one USip customer at a time; the US location is assigned automatically. It is not a permanent fixed IP, and you cannot choose a city or state.

Choosing a US Connection
