The Prime Video app is already available in the major app stores where Prime Video is supported. Unlike Hulu, most readers do not need to change Google Play or Apple Account country just to install it. What remains is the network, the cached session and — on a TV — the marketplace registered to the device.

An Amazon account can belong to one marketplace and billing profile while Prime Video is being used from another country. The public IP does not move the account, digital orders, payment address or home-country subscription.
A title marked Included with Prime depends on the membership catalogue. Rent and Buy create separate digital orders. Subscribe identifies a Channel billed independently through Amazon.
