The UK has its own Pluto TV. Ireland does not.

How to Watch Pluto TV in Ireland

Short answer: Pluto TV has no Irish service. Its app was missing from the Irish App Store when we looked on 6 October 2026, and Ireland is not on the list of countries where Pluto TV has opened a local version, although the UK next door has had its own since 2018. The U.S. service describes itself in four words, “Drop in. It’s free.”, yet its help pages offer apps only for devices “available in your region”.

Pluto TV belongs to Paramount, and a good deal of Paramount already reaches Ireland by other routes. Paramount+, the company’s own streaming service, launched here on 22 June 2022, and Sky’s Irish site says Sky Cinema includes it. Virgin Media’s Irish channel list carries Comedy Central, MTV and Nickelodeon. The Irish broadcasters stream their channels through RTÉ Player, Virgin Media Play and TG4 Player, and Samsung names Ireland among the countries where its TVs offer Samsung TV Plus. None of these is Pluto TV’s American channel guide.

The first check is easy because Pluto TV asks so little. Its help centre says “You can watch Pluto TV on the Web, no download needed.” Watching needs no account either, so one private window on a laptop, open at pluto.tv, tells you more than any app store will. Below: Pluto TV’s own rules, what Irish lines look like to it, a ten-minute test, and why the Irish App Store sends you back to the browser.

What Ireland already has: Paramount’s brands and the Irish broadcasters’ players

Before any U.S. address comes into it, it is worth knowing what an Irish household can already watch. On 6 October 2026 we read the services’ and operators’ own pages and set them beside Pluto TV.

Two practical points follow. If what you want is a Paramount brand, look at Paramount+ and at the guide on your Sky or Virgin Media box first: those are offered for Ireland and run on Irish hours. Paramount’s 2022 announcement for the UK and Ireland named Comedy Central, MTV, Nickelodeon and the Star Trek universe among what Paramount+ would bring.

Channel lists move. Virgin Media’s page was last updated on 8 September 2026 and Sky’s pack page was read on 6 October 2026. Check the guide on your own box before deciding anything. Paramount+, Sky, Virgin Media and Samsung are separate from both USip and Pluto TV.

Pluto TV’s own wording, quoted

Pluto TV’s rules, in its own words

Pluto TV’s help centre is short and direct about VPNs, regions and devices. Here are its sentences, as we read them on 6 October 2026, with what each one means for someone watching from Ireland.

The message

Turn the VPN off, Pluto TV says

Pluto TV’s VPN article explains its warning: “we’ve detected that your device is connected to a VPN, proxy service, or other software that may reroute your internet traffic outside your current region”. The advice that follows is just as plain: “Please disable these services on your device to stream videos.”

The reason

It blocks every VPN or proxy it detects

“Since we can’t determine the exact purpose or use for a VPN or proxy, we need to block any use of them.” In everyday terms, Pluto TV does not try to judge why you use one. If it identifies a VPN or proxy, it stops the stream.

The devices

Apps for devices in your region

Pluto TV lists its apps for devices that are “available in your region”. A separate list is marked as available only in the United States: Google Chromecast, Sony PlayStation 4 and 5, Sony TV, Vizio, TiVo, Hisense Vidaa + App and Comcast or Cox X1 boxes.

The browser

No download needed

“You can watch Pluto TV on the Web, no download needed.” For computers Pluto TV adds: “For the best viewing experience on your desktop/laptop, please use Chrome or Firefox.” From Ireland, where the app stores are the obstacle, the browser is the most useful door.

The connection

Steady matters as much as fast

Pluto TV’s tips put stability beside speed: “Having a fast connection (faster than 5mb) is certainly important, but having a stable connection…” Irish home lines rarely lack speed. The long route to a U.S. address is where steadiness is won or lost.

Error 3304

Often the ad blocker

Pluto TV’s error-code article, dated 17 September 2026: “This error typically refers to a connectivity or ad blocker issue”. Its fix is to turn off the ad blocker. Pluto TV is ad-supported television, so blocking the ads can stop the picture.

Nothing on these pages promises anything to a viewer outside the U.S. That is why this guide puts the browser first and treats a refusal as Pluto TV’s decision, not as a fault to argue with.

Free with ads, account optional

What the U.S. Pluto TV service offers, and what it does not ask of you

Pluto TV is free, ad-supported television. There is nothing to sign up for before you watch and no account to keep. Its own pages, read on 6 October 2026, describe the U.S. service like this.

FeatureWhat Pluto TV saysWhat it means for you
Live channels“Watch 250+ channels of free TV and 1000s of on-demand movies and TV shows.”Channels run like broadcast television: you join whatever is on at that moment
The channel mix“Watch 100s of free channels - with local & national news, live sports, fan-favorite shows, movies and more.”The news is American, so local means U.S. cities, not Cork or Galway
On demand“Explore 1000s of on-demand movies to full seasons of binge-worthy shows.”Starts when you press play, so the time difference does not matter
Account“Sign up to enjoy a personalized experience, a kid-friendly space, the latest updates and more.”Optional extras. Watching needs no account
Watch ListIt is device-specific, and “no free account is needed to use it”Saves on-demand titles on one device, with no sign-in
CaptionsClosed captions are offered on all devicesHandy late at night, or with unfamiliar accents
Sign-up formAsks for name, date of birth, gender and ZIP codeA ZIP code is a U.S. postal code. Skip the account

The account question has a plain answer. Pluto TV’s sign-up form wants a ZIP code, and someone living in Ireland has no real one to give. None is needed: the live channels, the on-demand library and the Watch List all work without signing in. Leave the form alone, and do not make up details to get past it.

Pluto TV and USip are separate. Pluto TV asks nothing of you to watch; USip supplies a U.S. connection and has no say over Pluto TV’s channels, ads or decisions.

Dublin is five hours ahead of New York, most weeks

Irish time and Pluto TV’s American hours

Pluto TV’s live channels run to a schedule; its on-demand titles start whenever you choose. Live news and events on the U.S. service are timed for American audiences, so the gap between the U.S. coasts and Dublin decides when they reach you. In 2026 Dublin is five hours ahead of New York and eight ahead of Los Angeles, apart from two short spells when only one side has changed its clocks.

In the U.S.In Ireland, most of 20268–28 March and 25–31 October 2026

8 p.m. Eastern (prime time)1 a.m.Midnight
8 p.m. Pacific4 a.m.3 a.m.
1

On-demand ignores the clock

A film or a full season from the on-demand library begins when you press play. For Irish evenings, that side of Pluto TV fits far better than the live grid.

2

American mornings arrive at lunchtime

Breakfast programmes at 7 a.m. Eastern reach Dublin at noon for most of the year. Live U.S. daytime television is an Irish afternoon and evening affair.

3

Prime time is the small hours

8 p.m. in New York is 1 a.m. in Dublin, and 8 p.m. in Los Angeles is 4 a.m. Live channels at that hour are for night owls only.

4

Mark the odd weeks

The U.S. moved its clocks on 8 March 2026 and Ireland on 29 March. Ireland goes back on 25 October and the U.S. on 1 November. In between, U.S. times arrive an hour earlier here. In 2027 the spring gap runs from 14 to 27 March.

5

Save titles for later

The Watch List keeps on-demand titles on one device, and “no free account is needed to use it”. A title spotted at lunchtime is easy to find again after dinner.

6

Connect first, then open Pluto TV

Turn the U.S. connection on before the Pluto TV tab or app opens, and leave it on until you close it. A location that changes in the middle of a programme often ends in a message instead of a picture.

Times worked out with the IANA time-zone database (2026c) for Europe/Dublin, America/New_York and America/Los_Angeles. Use the table to convert times, not as a schedule: Pluto TV changes its channels and what they show without notice.

eir, Vodafone, Virgin Media, Sky, Three

Irish broadband and mobile, as Pluto TV sees them

Every Irish home and mobile line gives websites an address outside the U.S. Websites place you on the map mostly by that address, and the provider you choose makes no difference to the outcome. The figures below come from ComReg’s Quarterly Key Data Report for Q2 2026, published on 3 September 2026.

How you connectMain providers (ComReg, Q2 2026)What Pluto TV sees
Home broadband: fibre, cable, copper, fixed wireless1,789,356 lines. eir 28.3%, Vodafone 20.7%, Virgin Media 19.4%, Sky Ireland 15.6%, with Pure Telecom (2.5%) and Digiweb (2.2%) among the smaller providersAn address outside the U.S.
Satellite broadband38,181 satellite lines; Starlink alone has 2.1% of all fixed broadband linesAn address outside the U.S. A dish on an Irish roof is still an Irish line
Mobile data, 4G and 5GVodafone 31.8%, Three 27.7%, eir 24.9%, Tesco Mobile 8.1% of mobile connectionsAn address outside the U.S., on the phone and on a mobile hotspot alike
Work, college, café or hotel Wi-FiWhoever runs the networkAn address outside the U.S., often behind filters that stop VPN tunnels altogether

Speed is not Ireland’s problem. ComReg counts 82.6% of fixed broadband lines at 100 Mbps or more, 72.8% at 500 Mbps or more and 27.3% at a gigabit or more. Pluto TV’s own bar is a connection “faster than 5mb” that stays stable. Once your traffic travels to a U.S. address and back, the whole route decides how steady the picture is, so judge the speed with the U.S. connection switched on, not on the Irish line alone.

ComReg’s mobile shares leave out mobile broadband (394,453 connections) and machine-to-machine connections (4,481,995). If a check fails on a work or college network, repeat it once on your phone’s mobile data before drawing any conclusion.

Not every U.S. address is the same

Four ways to connect, and what Pluto TV makes of each

An address checker that says “United States” proves little on its own. Pluto TV says it blocks any VPN or proxy it detects, so the kind of address matters as much as its country, and no option can promise you a picture.

OptionWhat Pluto TV seesWhere it falls shortSensible use
Your own Irish lineAn eir, Vodafone, Virgin Media, Sky or Three addressOutside the U.S., so the U.S. service is not meant for itRTÉ Player, Virgin Media Play, TG4 Player and your pay TV

USip residential US IPAn ordinary consumer address on a U.S. internet providerPluto TV can still refuse it, as it can any addressOne steady U.S. address for a test whose result you can read

What a residential U.S. IP changes

  • The public address Pluto TV reads: a U.S. household line instead of an Irish one
  • Consistency: one U.S. address from the first live channel to the last on-demand title
  • Clarity: if Pluto TV says no, the message is about the connection, not about an account or a form

If a live channel and an on-demand title both play, the address side is settled for that session.

What it cannot change

  • Pluto TV’s rule on VPNs and proxies, and its freedom to refuse any address, USip’s included
  • The country of your Apple Account or Google account, and so the app store you see
  • Which channels and titles Pluto TV carries on a given day
  • Irish law, the rules of networks you do not own, and your own judgement

If the browser check fails twice, stop there. Note Pluto TV’s exact message and decide from that.

Ten minutes, a laptop, no Pluto TV account

Checking Pluto TV from Ireland in four steps

This check is quick because Pluto TV asks for nothing: no account, no form, no app. A laptop and one browser window show whether Pluto TV accepts the address you are using.

1

Connect the laptop and look at both address lines

On a Windows or Mac laptop, set up USip with the Windows guide or the Mac guide and connect. Then open any IP address checker. The IPv4 address must be in the U.S. If an IPv6 address is shown too (the newer kind of address, which some lines use alongside IPv4), it must not name eir, Vodafone, Virgin Media, Sky, Three or any other Irish provider. If it does, part of your traffic is still leaving through the Irish line.

2

Open pluto.tv in a new private window

A private window starts with no cookies and no remembered location. Use Chrome or Firefox, as Pluto TV recommends for computers, and switch the ad blocker off for this window. Do not sign in: the test needs no account, and leaving accounts out keeps the answer clean.

3

Play one live channel, then one on-demand title

Pick any live channel in the guide and let it run for a full minute, ads included. Then start any film or episode from the on-demand library and give it another minute. Two kinds of stream say more than one: if both play, Pluto TV has accepted the address for now.

4

Read the result in Pluto TV’s words

A picture means the address was accepted. A message asking you to disable your VPN or proxy means Pluto TV identified the connection as one, and its help page says it blocks any it detects. Check step 1 again, close the private window, open a fresh one and retry once, not ten times. Any address can be refused, USip’s included.

If something fails, write down the exact message and the time. A code such as 3304 points to the ad blocker or the connection; the VPN or proxy message points to the address.

Laptop first, phone second, television last

Pluto TV on each device, from Ireland

Pluto TV’s browser player and its apps all look at where your connection comes from, but getting them onto a device is a very different job from Ireland. Prove the address on a laptop first. USip’s four videos below were recorded in September 2022: the connection steps in them still apply, while Pluto TV’s screens and the app stores’ rules have changed since.

Windows
Windows

Windows: the browser does the whole job

The Windows video opens pluto.tv in a browser, and that is still the simplest route from Ireland: no app store, no account, nothing to install apart from OpenVPN Connect. Pluto TV recommends Chrome or Firefox on computers, and also names Edge and Safari among supported browsers. It lists a Windows 11 desktop app as well, but the browser gives a cleaner result.

USip’s log has one Windows entry for Pluto TV, and it was not made from Ireland. On 17 September 2026, from Denmark, a Lenovo ThinkPad T14 Gen 4 with Windows 11 25H2, OpenVPN Connect 3.7 and Chrome 152 played the Pluto TV Star Trek channel for 15 minutes, with the U.S. catalogue showing. One entry describes one evening on one line.

Step by step: the Windows setup guide.

macOS
macOS

macOS: the same route, plus a look at IPv6

On a Mac the order is the same as on Windows: OpenVPN Connect first, then a private window at pluto.tv. The Mac video works in the browser too. Pluto TV supports Safari but recommends Chrome or Firefox on computers, so start with one of those.

Before you blame Pluto TV for a failure, read both lines of the address checker. A Mac on an Irish line can hold an IPv6 address next to the U.S. one, and if that address names your Irish provider, the result says more about the Mac’s settings than about Pluto TV.

Step by step: the Mac setup guide.

Android
Android

Android: skip the video’s Play Store step

The Android video changes the phone’s Google Play country to reach the Pluto TV app. Google’s rule is different today: to set up a new Play country “you must be in that location”, and you must wait at least 90 days between changes. From Ireland that step is out of date, so do not plan around it.

If the Pluto TV app is already on your phone, bring OpenVPN Connect up first and open the app second. USip’s log has one Android entry, also not from Ireland: on 7 September 2026, from Sweden, a Google Pixel 8 with Android 16, OpenVPN Connect 3.6 and Pluto TV app 5.48 played CSI: Miami season 1, episode 1 on demand for 12 minutes, with the U.S. catalogue showing. Sweden has a local Pluto TV service, which Ireland does not.

Step by step: the Android setup guide.

iPhone and iPad
iPhone and iPad

iPhone and iPad: no Pluto TV in the Irish App Store

The iPhone video changes the App Store country. Read Apple’s own conditions before you consider that: Apple asks you to spend any remaining Apple Account balance and check your Family Sharing status, among other steps, and warns: “Some types of content might not be available in your new country or region.” The change affects everything else on that account, not just one app.

In USip’s September 2022 recording, the app showed “Not in Service Area” before the U.S. connection was switched on; today’s app may word it differently. On 6 October 2026 the Irish App Store did not list Pluto TV at all. That is why this guide leaves the iPhone until a laptop has played a channel. If the app is already installed, connect in OpenVPN Connect before opening it.

Step by step: the iOS setup guide.

Televisions, streaming sticks and games consoles cannot run OpenVPN Connect, so USip uses Smart DNS for them. You register your home’s public IP address with USip, then enter the DNS details in the device’s network settings, or once on your router. If eir, Virgin Media or whoever supplies your line changes that public address, register the new one. The Smart DNS guide has the steps.

Pluto TV’s U.S.-only devices, such as Chromecast, PlayStation, Sony TV and Vizio, only matter if you own one. On Samsung and LG televisions the Pluto TV app comes from the TV’s own app store, and we have not checked what the Irish versions of those stores list. Leave the television until a laptop works.

App stores follow your account, not your connection

Irish app stores and the Pluto TV app

On 6 October 2026 we looked for the Pluto TV app in Apple’s App Store, country by country. Google Play could not be checked the same way, so we make no claim about it.

Apple, Ireland

No Pluto TV in the Irish App Store

Checked on 6 October 2026: no listing for the Irish storefront. The same check found the app in the UK, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, France, Italy, Spain, Canada, Mexico and Brazil, as well as the U.S.

Apple Account

The storefront follows your account

Which App Store you see depends on your Apple Account’s country, not on the network you use. Apple sets its own conditions for changing that country, listed on its help page.

Google Play

Ninety days, and you must be there

Google says that to set up a new Play country “you must be in that location”, and that you must wait at least 90 days between changes. That rules out the Play Store step in USip’s 2022 Android video for anyone living in Ireland.

The browser

Why the web player comes first

pluto.tv in Chrome or Firefox needs no store, no account and no download, so it answers the one question that matters at the start: does Pluto TV accept the address? Settle that before touching any account setting.

Televisions

Samsung, LG and other TV stores

Pluto TV lists Samsung Tizen TVs from 2017 and LG webOS among its platforms, for its regions. We have not checked the Irish TV app stores. Samsung TV Plus, which Samsung offers in Ireland, is a separate service with its own channels.

Next door

The UK app is the UK service

The UK App Store lists Pluto TV because the UK has its own Pluto TV, launched in 2018 and built for British viewers. Moving an Apple Account to the UK brings the same Apple conditions as moving it to the U.S., and the British line-up is not the American one.

Irish law and Pluto TV’s rule, side by side

VPN software in Ireland, and Pluto TV’s own rule

Two different questions get mixed up here: whether VPN software is allowed in Ireland, and whether Pluto TV accepts it. We can answer the second from Pluto TV’s own words. On the first we can only report what we found, and what we did not.

Irish law

No ban on VPN software that we could find

We have not found an Irish law that bans VPN software as such. We are not lawyers, and this is not legal advice. If your situation turns on it, ask a solicitor or someone who knows your circumstances.

Irish state advice

Ireland’s cyber security centre recommends VPNs

The National Cyber Security Centre’s guidance for small firms says: “Use a Virtual Private Network (VPN) whenever outside the office to prevent being exposed to a MitM again.” (MitM means a man-in-the-middle attack.) That is security advice for businesses, not a ruling about streaming.

Pluto TV’s rule

Any VPN or proxy it detects is blocked

Pluto TV’s help centre: “Since we can’t determine the exact purpose or use for a VPN or proxy, we need to block any use of them.” Software that is lawful at home is not, for that reason, welcome on Pluto TV.

What we cannot settle

Pluto TV’s terms and your own position

We could not read Pluto TV’s U.S. terms of use, so we do not summarise them here. Read them yourself before you rely on the service. An employer’s or college’s rules may also limit what you run on their equipment and networks.

Both sides hold at once: we found no Irish rule against the software, and Pluto TV can refuse any address, USip’s residential one included. Only you can weigh them for your own use.

Questions people in Ireland ask

Pluto TV in Ireland — FAQ

Short answers from Pluto TV’s help centre, Apple’s and Google’s rules, Irish operators’ pages and ComReg’s figures, all checked on 6 October 2026. Where the honest answer is that we do not know, we say so.

Is Pluto TV available in Ireland?

No. Pluto TV has no Irish service. The Pluto TV app was not listed in the Irish App Store when we checked on 6 October 2026, and Ireland is not among the countries where Pluto TV has launched a local version; those include the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Denmark and Norway. Pluto TV offers its apps for devices “available in your region”, and Ireland is not one of its regions.

Is Pluto TV free to watch?

Yes. Pluto TV is free with ads, and its welcome page puts it simply: “Drop in. It’s free.” There is nothing to sign up for and no account to keep. From Ireland, though, the question is not whether it is free but whether Pluto TV will serve your connection at all, because there is no Irish service. USip, which supplies a U.S. connection, is a separate service.

Do I need a Pluto TV account?

No. Watching needs no account. The Watch List works without one too: it is device-specific, and “no free account is needed to use it”. An account adds extras such as a personalised experience and a kid-friendly space. Its sign-up form asks for a ZIP code, which is a U.S. postal code, so from Ireland the simple answer is to skip the account rather than make one up.

Why does Pluto TV tell me to disable my VPN?

Because it identified one. Pluto TV’s help article says the message means “we’ve detected that your device is connected to a VPN, proxy service, or other software that may reroute your internet traffic outside your current region”, and it explains: “Since we can’t determine the exact purpose or use for a VPN or proxy, we need to block any use of them.” That applies to every kind of connection, a residential U.S. IP included. If you see it, check your address lines, open a fresh private window and retry once.

Can I download the Pluto TV app in Ireland?

Not from the Irish App Store: on 6 October 2026 it did not list Pluto TV, while the U.S. and UK stores did. Google Play could not be checked country by country, so we make no claim either way. Changing your Apple Account or Google Play country has conditions set by Apple and Google, and Google requires you to be in the new country. The web player at pluto.tv needs no app at all.

Can I watch Pluto TV on my Samsung or LG TV in Ireland?

Pluto TV supports Samsung Tizen TVs from 2017 and LG webOS sets in its own regions, but we have not checked whether Irish TV app stores list the app. Televisions cannot run OpenVPN Connect, so USip would use Smart DNS, set on the TV or on the router; the Smart DNS guide explains it. Samsung TVs in Ireland also offer Samsung TV Plus, which is a different service from Pluto TV.

Can I use Pluto TV UK from Ireland?

Pluto TV UK is a British service, launched in 2018, and its app is in the UK App Store. We found nothing from Pluto TV that offers it to Ireland, and we have not checked what pluto.tv shows on an Irish line, so we will not guess. This guide is about the U.S. service. USip supplies a U.S. address, not a British one.

Is Paramount+ available in Ireland?

Yes. Paramount launched Paramount+ in the UK and Ireland on 22 June 2022, and Sky’s Irish site said on 6 October 2026 that Sky Cinema includes it. Paramount+ is Paramount’s own streaming service. It is not free, and it is separate from Pluto TV’s U.S. channels. If you are after Paramount shows rather than Pluto TV itself, look there first.

Where can I watch Comedy Central, MTV and Nickelodeon in Ireland?

On Irish pay TV. Virgin Media’s channel list, last updated on 8 September 2026, has Comedy Central on 127, MTV on 701 and Nickelodeon on 604, and Sky Ireland names MTV in its Ultimate TV pack. These are the UK and Ireland versions, not the American channels. Line-ups change, so check the guide on your own box.

Is it legal to use a VPN in Ireland?

We have not found an Irish law that bans VPN software as such, and Ireland’s National Cyber Security Centre recommends VPNs to small businesses working outside the office. We are not lawyers, though, and networks you do not own, such as an employer’s or a college’s, may have rules of their own. Pluto TV’s rule is a separate matter: it blocks any VPN or proxy it detects.

What time is U.S. prime time in Ireland?

For most of 2026, 8 p.m. in New York is 1 a.m. in Dublin, and 8 p.m. in Los Angeles is 4 a.m. From 8 to 28 March and from 25 to 31 October 2026 the gap to New York shrinks to four hours, so prime time starts at midnight. Pluto TV’s on-demand titles are not tied to the clock, which makes them a better fit for Irish evenings.

Will a USip connection get Pluto TV playing in Ireland?

We cannot promise it, and Pluto TV can refuse any address. USip’s streaming test log has two Pluto TV entries, and neither comes from Ireland. From Denmark on 17 September 2026, the Star Trek channel played for 15 minutes on Windows. From Sweden on 7 September 2026, CSI: Miami played on demand for 12 minutes on Android. The ten-minute laptop check on this page is how to find out on your own line.

What does Pluto TV error 3304 mean?

Pluto TV’s error-code article, dated 17 September 2026, says “This error typically refers to a connectivity or ad blocker issue”, and its fix is to turn off the ad blocker. Pluto TV runs on advertising, so a blocker can stop the stream. Other codes point elsewhere: for 3002, 3005 and 6006 Pluto TV suggests restarting the modem, and 6013 points to a hardware or HDMI problem.

Does USip include a Pluto TV account?

No, and Pluto TV does not need one. USip supplies one residential U.S. IP address for your connection, nothing more. Pluto TV is a separate, free service run by its own company. It decides which channels it shows and whom it serves, and it can refuse any address, USip’s included.

Where to go next

The Pluto TV hub, and the guides for seven other countries

The hub explains Pluto TV’s rules once, for every country. The other seven guides apply them to Singapore, the Netherlands, Australia, Israel, Qatar, Belgium and Finland, each with its own app stores, networks and clocks.

Begin with a browser tab, not an app store

From Ireland, Pluto TV’s U.S. service comes down to one question: will it accept the address? A laptop, a private window and two minutes of video answer that, with no account, no app and no store involved. Pluto TV blocks any VPN or proxy it detects and can refuse any address, so treat the result as Pluto TV’s answer on that day.

Before that, check what is already within reach: Paramount+, Virgin Media’s Comedy Central, MTV and Nickelodeon, and the Irish broadcasters’ own players. If what you miss is Pluto TV’s own American channel guide, a residential U.S. IP is the part USip can supply.

USip supplies the residential U.S. IP connection only. Pluto TV is a separate, free service, and its channels, its rules and its decisions about any address are its own.
