How to Watch Pluto TV in Israel

Short answer: Pluto TV does not run a service for Israel. It is Paramount’s free, ad-supported channel service, with local editions in the U.S., Canada, Latin America and a group of European countries, and on 6 October 2026 its app was not listed in the Israeli App Store. Pluto TV’s app list covers devices “available in your region” — and Israel is not one of its regions.

Part of what Pluto TV is made of reaches Israeli screens anyway. Nickelodeon is channel 91 on yes, and HOT’s site lists Nick Jr. and a Nickelodeon library. Israel’s broadcasters stream their own channels: Kan calls its Kan 11 catch-up library free, Keshet 12 runs its 12+ site and Reshet 13 puts its programmes on 13tv.co.il. What no Israeli service carries is the American line-up — in Pluto TV’s words, “Watch 250+ channels of free TV and 1000s of on-demand movies and TV shows.”

Checking takes about ten minutes and no account at all: a laptop, a U.S. household address and a private browser window pointed at pluto.tv. In Pluto TV’s own words: “You can watch Pluto TV on the Web, no download needed.” Below are its rules as it states them, the Israeli clock against New York and Los Angeles, what Bezeq, HOT, Partner and Cellcom lines look like to Pluto TV, and that ten-minute test.

Paramount names and free players already in Israel

Pluto TV belongs to Paramount, which also owns Nickelodeon, MTV, Comedy Central and the Star Trek and CSI franchises. On 6 October 2026 we looked for those names on the sites of Israel’s TV operators, and for free streaming run by Israeli broadcasters. Here is what we could confirm, and what we could not.

NameIn Israel, 6 October 2026What it means for you
NickelodeonChannel 91 on yes, which describes it as the most loved and successful children’s channel in Israel, with original programmes for the whole family. HOT’s site lists Nick Jr. and a Nickelodeon on-demand library.A local Nickelodeon on your own box, with no U.S. address needed. It is not the American feed.
MTVUnclear. A HOT channel page mentions MTV series, but the page would not open for us.Look in the guide on your own box before deciding anything.
Comedy CentralNot found on the operator pages we could readAs far as we could see, there is no Israeli channel to fall back on.
Paramount+No Israeli launch foundParamount’s own streaming app is not an Israeli option we could find. Pluto TV is a separate, free service.
Star Trek and CSINot checked against Israeli line-upsThe two titles in USip’s Pluto TV log: a Star Trek channel and CSI: Miami on demand. Search your operator’s app for them before anything else.
Kan 11Live and catch-up on kan.org.il, where Kan calls its library freeIsraeli public television online: Israeli programmes, not Pluto TV’s U.S. channels.
Keshet 12The live channel and a series library on mako.co.il, under the name 12+Israeli commercial television online, with a catalogue of its own.
Reshet 13Programmes to stream on 13tv.co.il, with a smart-TV guide on the same siteThe same idea for Channel 13’s shows.
Samsung TV Plus, LG ChannelsNo Israeli listing foundSamsung’s UAE support page names Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the UAE for Samsung TV Plus. We found no page listing Israel for either service.

The table falls into two halves. Children’s brands are well covered at home and Israel’s broadcasters stream their own channels, on Israeli hours; Pluto TV adds nothing to either. The other half is the American line-up itself — live U.S. channels and an on-demand catalogue programmed for viewers in the U.S. No Israeli service carries it, and that is the only half a U.S. household address can change.

This is a snapshot from 6 October 2026, and line-ups move without notice. The yes Nickelodeon page opened for us; HOT’s channel pages and Partner TV’s channel list did not, so for HOT we rely on the page titles its own site shows, and for Partner TV and Cellcom tv we make no claim. The guide on your own box is the final word.

Pluto TV’s own wording, quoted

What Pluto TV says about VPNs, regions and staying free

Pluto TV’s help centre answers the location question in a few short articles. Here is its wording, checked on 6 October 2026, with what each line means for a viewer in Tel Aviv, Haifa or Be’er Sheva.

The message

“Please disable these services on your device to stream videos.”

Pluto TV shows this when it believes a VPN or proxy is in use. In the words of its help article, “we’ve detected that your device is connected to a VPN, proxy service, or other software” — software that might send your traffic out of your region.

The reason

It blocks every VPN or proxy it spots

“Since we can’t determine the exact purpose or use for a VPN or proxy, we need to block any use of them.” Pluto TV does not weigh why you use one. Once it decides a connection is a VPN or proxy, it refuses it, and nothing obliges it to treat USip’s address differently.

Where the apps are

Devices “available in your region”

Pluto TV’s device article lists its apps for platforms and devices “available in your region”. Israel has no Pluto TV region, so the apps are the wrong place to start.

What it asks

Nothing: “Drop in. It’s free.”

Pluto TV’s welcome page puts it in four words. No account is needed to watch; the sign-up form exists for extras, not for access.

On the web

“You can watch Pluto TV on the Web, no download needed.”

The troubleshooting page goes on: “For the best viewing experience on your desktop/laptop, please use Chrome or Firefox.” So a laptop browser is the natural place for a first check from Israel.

Error 3304

An ad blocker can look like a network fault

Pluto TV’s error list says 3304 “typically refers to a connectivity or ad blocker issue”; the remedy it lists first is switching the ad blocker off. Do that before you judge any connection.

Read together, the six lines settle the order of things. With no account to open, the only gate between a viewer in Israel and the U.S. line-up is where the request seems to come from — and Pluto TV blocks any VPN or proxy it detects. A residential U.S. IP is an ordinary home address on a U.S. internet provider rather than a server range. That is a real difference, but not a promise: Pluto TV can still refuse any address, USip’s included.

The U.S. Pluto TV, and what an account adds

Pluto TV carries advertising instead of asking viewers for anything. This is what the U.S. service offers, set out in Pluto TV’s own words, and what each part means from Israel.

Part of the servicePluto TV’s wordsFrom Israel
Live channels“Watch 100s of free channels - with local & national news, live sports, fan-favorite shows, movies and more.”Scheduled on U.S. time, so American evenings land in the Israeli small hours. The clock section has the numbers.
On demand“Explore 1000s of on-demand movies to full seasons of binge-worthy shows.”No start time. This is the part that fits Israeli evenings best.
Account“Sign up to enjoy a personalized experience, a kid-friendly space, the latest updates and more.”Optional. It adds personal touches, not access, so leave it out of the first check.
Sign-up formPluto TV’s sign-up article calls the free account fast and easyThe form wants a name, date of birth, gender and a ZIP code — an American postcode. Watching needs no account, so there is no reason to fill it in.
Free to watch“Drop in. It’s free.”Ads fund the service. An ad blocker can stop playback, which is why the test asks you to switch it off for pluto.tv.

So there is nothing to sign up for before you know whether Pluto TV plays for you, and nothing to cancel if it does not.

One thing we will not suggest is inventing details to complete a form. You do not need a Pluto TV account to watch, so the honest choice is to skip the sign-up altogether.

Israel runs seven hours ahead of New York for most of 2026

When U.S. prime time reaches Israel

Pluto TV’s live channels run to U.S. schedules; its on-demand titles start whenever you press play. Israeli time is seven hours ahead of New York and ten ahead of Los Angeles for most of the year. Both countries move their clocks, but on different dates, so twice a year the gap shrinks by an hour for a short spell — once in March and once at the end of October.

U.S. timeIsraeli time, most of 2026Israeli time, 8–26 March and 25–31 October 2026
8 p.m. Eastern3 a.m.2 a.m.
11 p.m. Eastern6 a.m.5 a.m.
8 p.m. Pacific6 a.m.5 a.m.
2 p.m. Eastern9 p.m.8 p.m.
Noon Eastern7 p.m.6 p.m.
9 a.m. Eastern4 p.m.3 p.m.
1

Save U.S. prime time for on demand

A live programme at 8 p.m. in New York starts at 3 a.m. in Israel. The on-demand library has no clock, so late American television can wait until after dinner.

2

Catch U.S. daytime live

American mornings fall in Israeli afternoons and evenings: 9 a.m. in New York is 4 p.m. here, and noon is 7 p.m. That is the window for live channels.

3

Mark the two odd spells

The U.S. switched to summer time on 8 March, Israel not until Friday 27 March; Israel returns to winter time on Sunday 25 October, a week before the U.S. does on 1 November. During those days, use the right-hand column.

4

Bring the U.S. connection up first

Start USip before the browser opens, not halfway through a programme, so Pluto TV sees one address from the very first request.

5

Stay on one address all evening

Hopping between connections mid-session makes your location look unsettled. Keep one U.S. connection until you close the window.

6

Judge speed with the tunnel running

Pluto TV’s troubleshooting page says: “Having a fast connection (faster than 5mb) is certainly important, but having a stable connection…” Steadiness matters as much as raw speed, and the long hop to the U.S. is the stretch to measure, so run a speed check with USip connected.

Computed with Python’s zoneinfo module against version 2026c of the IANA time-zone database (zones Asia/Jerusalem, America/New_York and America/Los_Angeles). Israel moved to summer time at 2 a.m. on Friday 27 March 2026 — the same date the Ministry of Education gives in its 2026 material for pupils new to Israel — and returns to winter time at 2 a.m. on Sunday 25 October 2026.

Bezeq, HOT, Partner, Cellcom — one verdict

What an Israeli line looks like to Pluto TV

Whichever company runs your connection, your devices go online with an Israeli public address, and that address is where a streaming service starts when it works out your location. A faster plan changes the picture quality, never the country Pluto TV reads.

How you connectWho runs it (official figures)What Pluto TV sees
Fibre to the homeMinistry of Communications, document dated 23 February 2026: Bezeq’s fibre reaches about 2.9 million homes, IBC’s about 2.4 million and Partner’s about 1.1 millionAn Israeli address
Home internet serviceThe Ministry’s market-share table for 31 December 2025 names Bezeq, HOT, Partner and Cellcom; the public version blacks out the percentagesAn Israeli address, whichever brand is on your contract
Mobile data and hotspotsThree networks, according to the State Comptroller’s July 2024 report: Pelephone’s own, PHI (Partner with HOT Mobile) and CMG (Cellcom with Wecom Mobile)An Israeli address, on a phone and on a mobile router alike
Smaller mobile brandsVirtual operators riding on those networks: 12% of mobile customers in December 2022, against 88% with the five network companiesStill an Israeli address
Office, campus and hotel Wi-FiEmployers, universities and hotelsAn Israeli address, often behind firewall rules that can stop the OpenVPN Connect app

None of these rows reads as American, and none of them is meant to. The useful lesson runs the other way: if a check fails on office or campus Wi-Fi, repeat it once on your phone’s mobile data or on your home line before drawing any conclusion, because a workplace network can stop the USip connection before Pluto TV ever sees it.

Sources: the Ministry of Communications’ economic opinion dated 23 February 2026 (fibre reach, and the redacted share table as of 31 December 2025) and the State Comptroller’s 2024 report on cellular infrastructure, whose customer split is for December 2022 — the newest official split we found. The fibre figures count homes each network reaches, not homes that use it.

A U.S. flag on an address checker is only the start

Four ways to reach Pluto TV from Israel, compared

Getting an address checker to say United States takes a minute. Pluto TV’s help centre explains what it does with most of the addresses people use for that: it blocks any VPN or proxy it detects. That is why the type of address matters — and why it is worth being straight about what no address can do.

RouteWhat reaches Pluto TVThe drawbackBest used for
Your Israeli lineA Bezeq, HOT, Partner, Cellcom or other Israeli addressOutside the regions Pluto TV serves, in the browser and in the appsKan 11, 12+, Reshet 13 and your operator’s own apps
Free VPN appsServer addresses shared at the same moment by many strangersThe very thing Pluto TV’s help article tells viewers to turn off, and slow at busy hoursNothing you want to measure
Commercial data-centre VPNAn address registered to a hosting firmThe country may say U.S., but the owner of the address is a server business, not a householdPrivacy on café or airport Wi-Fi
USip residential U.S. IPThe address of a single home connection, issued by a U.S. internet providerOnly the network side moves; refusing it remains Pluto TV’s choiceOne stable U.S. address, so that a result means something

What a residential U.S. IP changes

  • Pluto TV now reads an American home connection’s address instead of your Israeli one
  • Consistency: the same address throughout, from the opening live channel to the final on-demand episode
  • Clarity: since no account is involved, a refusal points straight at the connection

When a live channel and an on-demand title both run in a fresh private window, nothing is left to fix on the address side.

What it cannot change

  • Pluto TV’s VPN and proxy rule — it may still refuse any address, USip’s included
  • The app store on your phone, which follows the country of your Apple Account or Google account
  • The line-up Pluto TV happens to carry this week
  • Israeli law, and the rules of the network you happen to be on

Once the browser check works, leave the network settings alone. Anything still wrong after that sits with the app store or the device.

Ten minutes, one laptop, no account

A ten-minute Pluto TV check from Israel

With no account in the picture, this check is unusually simple: there is nothing to sign in to, so any result is about the connection and nothing else.

1

Connect a laptop and read the address checker

Use a Windows or Mac laptop; the Windows guide and the Mac guide cover the setup in OpenVPN Connect. Connect USip, then open any address checker. The IPv4 result has to be in the U.S. Some connections also carry an IPv6 address, the newer kind; if the checker shows one, it must not name Bezeq, HOT, Partner, Cellcom or another Israeli provider. If it does, your Israeli line is still showing alongside the American one.

2

Open pluto.tv privately, with the ad blocker paused

A private window carries no cookies from earlier visits, so Pluto TV forms its view from scratch. In Chrome the shortcut is Ctrl+Shift+N; in Firefox, Ctrl+Shift+P — the two browsers Pluto TV recommends. Pause any ad blocker for pluto.tv, since error 3304 can come from one, and stay signed out.

3

Run one live channel, then one on-demand title

Let each run for sixty seconds. The live channel shows whether a stream holds; the on-demand title shows whether the catalogue opens. Write down what appears each time: a picture, or a message.

4

Read the result in Pluto TV’s words

If both play, Pluto TV accepted the address and the location side is settled. A message reading “Please disable these services on your device to stream videos.” means Pluto TV has identified the connection as a VPN or proxy, and it says it blocks any it detects. Repeat step 1, then start a new private window and try again — a single retry, not a dozen. Repeated attempts tell you nothing new.

USip’s test log has exactly two Pluto TV entries, and neither was run from Israel. On 17 September 2026, from Denmark, the Pluto TV Star Trek channel played for 15 minutes on a Lenovo ThinkPad T14 Gen 4 with Windows 11 25H2, OpenVPN Connect 3.7 and Chrome 152, with the U.S. catalogue showing. On 7 September 2026, from Sweden, CSI: Miami season 1, episode 1 played on demand for 12 minutes on a Google Pixel 8 with Android 16, OpenVPN Connect 3.6 and Pluto TV app 5.48. Those are two dated results from Europe; your own four steps are the only check that counts for Israel. The full log is on the streaming test results page.

Laptop first, phone second, television last

Setting up each device for Pluto TV in Israel

All four videos below date from September 2022. What they show of the USip connection still applies; Pluto TV’s screens and the app-store rules have changed since, and the note beside each video says where.

Windows
Windows

Windows: pluto.tv in Chrome or Firefox

In the Windows video, Pluto TV runs in a web browser, which is still the easiest way in from Israel: with no app store in the way, only the connection and the browser’s cookies can go wrong. Use Chrome or Firefox, the two browsers Pluto TV names for laptops. Load the USip profile in OpenVPN Connect, switch it on, confirm the address, then open the private window.

A work laptop with its employer’s VPN already running is the wrong machine for this. With two tunnels active at once, no result can be read.

Step by step: the Windows setup guide.

macOS
macOS

macOS: the browser route, plus two settings

The Mac video also uses pluto.tv in a browser, and the same order applies: connect, check, then open the private window. Two Mac settings deserve a look first. iCloud Private Relay, if you use it, sends Safari traffic through Apple’s own relays, so switch it off for the check or use Chrome or Firefox. And if your Bezeq, HOT or Partner connection also hands the Mac an IPv6 address, look at both results on the address checker before drawing conclusions about Pluto TV.

Step by step: the Mac setup guide.

Android
Android

Android: skip the video’s Play Store step

In the Android video, the Google Play country is switched to the U.S. to get the app. Google’s help page now says a Play country can only be chosen while you are in that country, and switching is limited, so the step does not work from Israel. We were unable to check Google Play store by store, so we do not say whether the Israeli Play store has Pluto TV.

Where the app is already installed, start OpenVPN Connect before you open Pluto TV, every time. Android may close background apps to save battery: exempt OpenVPN Connect from battery optimisation, or a dropped tunnel will look like a refusal.

Step by step: the Android setup guide.

iPhone and iPad
iPhone and iPad

iPhone and iPad: read Apple’s conditions, not the video

In the iPhone video, the App Store country is changed — and the App Store follows your Apple Account, not your connection. On 6 October 2026 the Israeli App Store did not list Pluto TV. Moving an Apple Account to the U.S. store comes with conditions Apple spells out on its own support page: no subscriptions still running, no store balance left unspent, and a warning that content may differ in the new country.

Make that decision separately, after a laptop has played Pluto TV, rather than as part of the first check.

Step by step: the iOS setup guide.

Televisions, streaming sticks and games consoles have no way to run the OpenVPN Connect app, so USip connects them with Smart DNS instead. USip needs your home’s public IP address registered first; after that, you type the DNS details into the television’s network menu, or into the router once so every device at home uses them. Should Bezeq, HOT or whoever runs your line hand you a new public address later, register that one too. The Smart DNS guide has the steps.

Pluto TV’s device article lists some hardware as “Available only in the United States”, including Sony’s PlayStation 4 and 5, Sony TVs, Google Chromecast, Vizio SmartCast, TiVo, Hisense Vidaa with its app, and Comcast and Cox X1 boxes. That list only matters if you own one of them; Samsung and LG televisions are covered in the app-store section below.

The app store follows your account, not your connection

Pluto TV and the app stores in Israel

On 6 October 2026 we looked up the Pluto TV app (Apple’s id751712884) in the App Store country by country. It was listed in the U.S., the UK, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, France, Italy and Spain — and not in the Israeli store. That single fact explains why this guide starts in a browser.

App Store, Israel

Not listed on 6 October 2026

The Israeli storefront had no Pluto TV page when we checked. Fourteen storefronts did list the app, the U.S. one among them; Israel’s was not one of them.

Apple’s rule

The storefront follows the Apple Account

Connecting to a U.S. address does not change the App Store you see. Your Apple Account country does, and Apple’s support page sets out what must happen before you can move it.

Google Play

Not checked store by store

Google Play could not be checked store by store, so we make no claim either way for Israel. Google ties your Play country to where you actually are.

The browser

No store involved at all

Pluto TV’s own line — “You can watch Pluto TV on the Web, no download needed.” — makes pluto.tv on a laptop the one route that avoids app-store questions entirely.

Smart TVs

Samsung and LG depend on the region

Pluto TV lists Samsung Tizen TVs from 2017 on and LG webOS for the regions it serves. We could not check those TV stores in Israel, and a TV needs Smart DNS rather than the OpenVPN Connect app.

USip’s 2022 recording

“Not in Service Area”

In USip’s iPhone video from September 2022, recorded outside the U.S., the app showed that message until the U.S. connection was on. That was the app then; it may look different today.

The address you connect from and the store your phone shows are two separate settings. USip changes the first; the second belongs to your Apple Account or Google account, so leave it until after the browser check.

Local rules, stated carefully

VPN software in Israel, and Pluto TV’s own rule

People in Israel ask whether using a VPN is allowed. Here is what official sources let us say, and where our knowledge stops.

Israeli law

Nothing we found forbids VPN software

We have not found an Israeli law that bans VPN software as such. The government’s own cyber agency writes about VPNs as standard equipment to be kept secure: an alert from the Israel National Cyber Directorate on 28 February 2026 tells organisations to secure their remote-access gear, VPNs included. That is security advice, not a ruling on streaming.

Pluto TV

Any VPN or proxy it finds is refused

The help centre states: “Since we can’t determine the exact purpose or use for a VPN or proxy, we need to block any use of them.” The rule applies to you in Israel exactly as it does anywhere else.

Networks you use

Workplaces and campuses set their own rules

An employer, university or hotel can forbid tunnels on its network, whatever the law says. On someone else’s Wi-Fi their rules come first, and a refusal there tells you about their firewall, not about Pluto TV.

Our limits

We are not lawyers

Nothing here is legal advice. Rules about particular kinds of online content are a separate question, and rules change. If it matters in your situation, ask someone qualified in Israeli law; a streaming guide is the wrong place for that answer.

Pluto TV’s U.S. terms of use were not readable for us while we prepared this guide, so we do not describe them. If you mean to rely on Pluto TV from Israel, read them on Pluto TV’s site first, alongside the VPN article quoted above.

What people in Israel ask, answered from the sources

Pluto TV in Israel — FAQ

Answers drawn from Pluto TV’s own pages, Israeli operators’ and broadcasters’ sites, the Ministry of Communications and the State Comptroller. Where the honest answer depends on something, we say what.

Is Pluto TV available in Israel?

No. Pluto TV runs no Israeli service: it has local editions in the U.S., Canada, Latin America and several European countries, and on 6 October 2026 its app was not listed in the Israeli App Store. Pluto TV offers its apps for devices “available in your region”, and Israel is not one of its regions. Some related channels, such as Nickelodeon on yes, reach Israeli homes through local operators.

Is Pluto TV free in Israel?

Pluto TV is free with ads in the countries it serves — its welcome page says “Drop in. It’s free.” — and watching needs no account. Israel is not one of those countries, so there is no Israeli version to watch, free or otherwise. USip, which supplies the U.S. household address used in this guide, is a separate service with plans of its own, while Pluto TV asks nothing of you.

Is a Pluto TV account needed to watch from Israel?

No. Watching needs no account. Pluto TV says signing up adds “a personalized experience, a kid-friendly space, the latest updates and more” — extras, not access. The registration form wants an American ZIP code along with your name, date of birth and gender, and there is no reason to invent one: skip the account, at least until a laptop check has shown that Pluto TV plays for you.

Pluto TV says to disable my VPN. What does that mean?

It means Pluto TV has decided your connection is a VPN or proxy. Its help article says “Please disable these services on your device to stream videos.” and gives the reason: “Since we can’t determine the exact purpose or use for a VPN or proxy, we need to block any use of them.” USip’s residential U.S. IP belongs to a home connection, not a server farm, yet Pluto TV remains free to turn away any address, USip’s included.

Will Pluto TV work on a Samsung or LG television in Israel?

Not through an Israeli edition, because there is none. Pluto TV lists Samsung Tizen TVs from 2017 on and LG webOS TVs, but only for regions it serves, and we could not check the Samsung or LG app stores in Israel. OpenVPN Connect does not run on televisions, which is why USip uses Smart DNS for them. Prove the connection on a laptop first.

Is the Pluto TV app in the Israeli App Store?

Not on 6 October 2026, when we looked it up: the Israeli storefront had no Pluto TV page, while the U.S. one did. The App Store follows your Apple Account’s country, not your connection, so a U.S. address does not change what you see. Moving an Apple Account to another country has conditions Apple lists on its support page. Start in a browser instead.

Is it legal to use a VPN in Israel?

We have not found an Israeli law that bans VPN software as such, and the Israel National Cyber Directorate writes about VPNs as ordinary equipment that organisations should keep secure. We are not lawyers, though. Rules on particular online content are a separate matter, workplaces set their own, and Pluto TV has its own rule: it blocks any VPN or proxy it detects. If it matters for you, ask a qualified local source.

What time is U.S. prime time in Israel?

Late. Through most of 2026, New York’s 8 p.m. is 3 a.m. in Israel, and Los Angeles’s 8 p.m. is 6 a.m. Between 8 and 26 March and between 25 and 31 October 2026, when only one of the two countries has changed its clocks, each comes an hour earlier: 2 a.m. and 5 a.m. Pluto TV’s on-demand titles have no start time, so they suit Israeli evenings better.

Can I watch Nickelodeon, Paramount+ or other Paramount names in Israel without Pluto TV?

Some of them. Nickelodeon is channel 91 on yes, and HOT’s site lists Nick Jr. and a Nickelodeon on-demand library. We could not confirm an Israeli MTV or Comedy Central channel on the operator pages we could open, and on 6 October 2026 we found no Israeli launch of Paramount+. Line-ups change, so the guide on your own box is the final word.

Does it matter whether I am with Bezeq, HOT, Partner or Cellcom?

Not for Pluto TV’s decision. Every Israeli line, fixed or mobile, gives your devices an Israeli public address, and that is what Pluto TV reads first. The Ministry of Communications puts Bezeq’s fibre within reach of about 2.9 million homes, and Partner, Cellcom and HOT sell home internet too. Speed affects picture quality, not location, so measure it with the U.S. connection running.

Has USip run a Pluto TV check from Israel?

No, and we say so plainly. USip’s log has two Pluto TV entries. On 17 September 2026, from Denmark, the Pluto TV Star Trek channel played for 15 minutes on Windows 11 with OpenVPN Connect 3.7 and Chrome 152. On 7 September 2026, from Sweden, CSI: Miami season 1, episode 1 played on demand for 12 minutes on a Google Pixel 8. Neither result says anything certain about Israel.

What is Pluto TV error 3304?

According to Pluto TV’s error list, 3304 “typically refers to a connectivity or ad blocker issue”, and the first remedy it offers is turning the ad blocker off. Do that for pluto.tv before you judge any connection, then reload in a fresh private window. If the error stays after the ad blocker is off, check that USip is still connected and that the address checker still shows a U.S. IPv4 address.

Begin with a browser and ten minutes

For anyone in Israel, Pluto TV itself fixes the order: no account to open, no Israeli edition to find, and a flat rule against any VPN or proxy it detects. That leaves one honest question — does Pluto TV accept a U.S. household address on your laptop? — and the four-step check above answers it in about ten minutes.

Look at the first table before anything else, though. If what you miss is Nickelodeon or Israeli programmes, the answer is already on your box or on Kan, 12+ and 13. A U.S. address only earns its place for the American line-up that no Israeli service carries.

USip supplies the residential U.S. IP connection only. Pluto TV is a separate, free service run by Paramount; its channels, apps, accounts and decisions about any address are its own.
