Pluto TV runs in France and Germany. Not in Belgium.
How to Watch Pluto TV in Belgium
Short answer: Pluto TV has no Belgian service. It runs local versions next door in France and Germany, but when we checked on 6 October 2026 the Pluto TV app was missing from the Belgian App Store — and from the Dutch and Luxembourg stores as well. This guide is about Pluto TV’s American service: free, funded by adverts, and made for viewers in the United States.
Several brands from Paramount, the group behind Pluto TV, already reach Belgian screens. BASE, a Telenet brand, lists Dutch-language MTV, Comedy Central and Nickelodeon channels and a French-language Nickelodeon, and a Paramount+ area was announced for Streamz viewers in Flanders in late 2023. Free television is nothing new here either: VRT MAX, VTM GO, RTBF Auvio and RTL Play, plus Samsung TV Plus and LG Channels on smart TVs. If what you want is already on one of those, you need nothing from us.
If it is not, the first check needs no account and about ten minutes: with the U.S. connection running on a laptop, open pluto.tv in Chrome or Firefox and see whether a live channel plays. Pluto TV says it blocks every VPN or proxy it detects, so a U.S. address is something it can turn down, not a key.
