Separate from Lionsgate
Starz completed its separation from Lionsgate on 7 May 2025 and trades on Nasdaq as STRZ. Its press release put its subscribers at about 20 million in the U.S. and Canada at the end of 2024.
Short answer: Starz itself, no; most of its series, yes, on other services. Starz is an American service, and its own Google Play listing says so: “STARZ online services are only accessible through participating partners in the U.S. and certain U.S. territories”. When we looked on 10 October 2026, the STARZ app was not in the Brazilian App Store. Starz did run a service of its own here, STARZPLAY, renamed Lionsgate+ in 2022, but it closed across Brazil in December 2023: Vivo told its customers the shutdown would begin on 10 December, and the version inside Prime Video Channels lasted until 9 February 2024. The Lionsgate+ that Lionsgate lists for Brazil in 2026 is something else: an add-on channel in Prime Video run by Lionsgate, a separate company from Starz since 7 May 2025.
The series themselves reach Brazil through other services. Outlander’s final season arrived on Disney+ on Saturday 7 March 2026, a day after its U.S. premiere, and the earlier seasons are on Netflix; the prequel, Outlander: Blood of My Blood, is on Disney+ too. Spartacus: House of Ashur premiered here in December 2025 on MGM+, Amazon’s channel inside Prime Video, and MGM+ had launched earlier Power and BMF seasons here in 2024. For several newer seasons we could not confirm a Brazilian home, and the table below says which.
If you still want Starz itself — its live stream, the U.S. release hours, or a subscription you already hold — start small: connect the USip residential U.S. IP on a laptop, open starz.com in a private window and play one episode for a minute. A residential U.S. IP changes where Starz sees you connecting from. Starz still decides which connections it accepts, and it can turn down any of them, USip’s included.

None of these series is on a Starz-branded service in Brazil. Disney+, Netflix and MGM+ show them under their own licences, and the Brazilian dates can trail the U.S. by a day or more. This is what we could confirm from dated Brazilian reports, checked on 10 October 2026, next to Starz’s own U.S. dates.
| Series | Where it is in Brazil (checked 10 October 2026) | Starz in the U.S. |
|---|---|---|
| Outlander, seasons 1 to 7 | Netflix, according to Omelete in February and June 2026; the February report named Disney+ as well. | Eight seasons in all on Starz; the last one premiered in March 2026. |
| Outlander, season 8 (the final season) | Disney+, from Saturday 7 March 2026, one day after the U.S. premiere (Omelete, 26 February 2026; Rolling Stone Brasil, 7 March 2026). | Premiered on Friday 6 March 2026, in the STARZ app at midnight Eastern Time (TV Insider; Parade). |
| Outlander: Blood of My Blood | Disney+: season 1 from August 2025, season 2 from Saturday 19 September 2026, with new episodes on Saturdays (Rolling Stone Brasil, 9 August 2025 and 2 September 2026). | Season 2 began on Starz on Friday 18 September 2026 (BroadwayWorld). |
| Spartacus: House of Ashur | MGM+, the add-on channel in Prime Video, from Saturday 6 December 2025; in January 2026 episodes arrived on Saturdays at 05:00 Brasília time (Diário do Rio, 5 December 2025; Rolling Stone Brasil, 12 January 2026). | A Starz series of 2025–26. It aired first on the Starz channel in the evening and reached the app the next day (TechRadar, 2 January 2026). |
| Power Book III: Raising Kanan | MGM+ launched season 3 when it relaunched in Brazil on 1 April 2024 (Señal News; Minha Operadora); we could not confirm where the later seasons are shown here. TheWrap reported on 27 July 2026 that it will come to Netflix internationally from November 2026. The only countries that report names as excluded are the U.S. and Canada; it is not on Netflix yet, and we found no Brazilian date. | The fifth and final season began on Starz in June 2026. TheWrap: “Starz will remain the home for the Power universe in America”. |
| Power, Power Book II: Ghost and Power Book IV: Force | STARZPLAY announced Ghost for Brazil in 2020 (C21Media), and Meio & Mensagem listed the Power series in MGM+’s Latin American deal (19 December 2023); we could not confirm what MGM+ in Brazil shows of them today. All three are in the same reported Netflix deal, starting in November 2026. Brazil is not among the named exclusions, but we found no Brazilian date. | All three are Starz series; Force has ended. From November, TheWrap says, the original Power will be on Netflix in the U.S. as well as on Starz. |
| BMF (Black Mafia Family) | MGM+ launched season 3 with its April 2024 relaunch (Señal News). We could not confirm where the final season is shown in Brazil. | Ended in 2025. |
| P-Valley | Part of the Brazilian catalogue of STARZPLAY and Lionsgate+ (C21Media, 2020; MacMagazine, 2022) before the 2023 closure. We could not confirm where seasons 1 and 2 are shown in Brazil now. | The third and final season starts on Starz on Friday 4 December 2026 (TVLine and Omelete, 10 September 2026). |
Two names now account for most of what Brazil sees of Starz. Disney+ has the Outlander family. MGM+, which Amazon relaunched across Latin America on 1 April 2024 after deals with Lionsgate and Starz, brought Spartacus: House of Ashur and earlier Power and BMF seasons; Señal News reported in April 2024 that it is offered in the region through Prime Video Channels, Apple and Claro. Neither is Starz, and the rights each holds can change. Where we found no dated Brazilian report, we say so rather than guess.
Catalogues change: several of these series moved when Starz’s Lionsgate+ service closed here in 2023. Everything here was checked on 10 October 2026. Before you plan an evening around a series, open the service’s own page.

For about four years Starz had a streaming service of its own in Brazil. This is the timeline, from the trade press, the notice Vivo published for its customers and Lionsgate’s own page.
| When | What happened | Source |
|---|---|---|
| 2019 | STARZPLAY, Starz’s international streaming service, launched in Brazil. | TodoTV News and C21Media, August 2020 |
| August 2020 | Claro added STARZPLAY to its pay-TV boxes, on channel 250, and to its NOW app. The deal promised Starz series on the same date as in the U.S., with P-Valley and Power Book II: Ghost among the titles to come. | TodoTV News, 11 August 2020; C21Media |
| 29 September 2022 | STARZPLAY was renamed Lionsgate+, after the studio. The catalogue stayed the same, and the new name also appeared in Apple TV channels. | MacMagazine, 29 September 2022 |
| 16 August 2023 | Lionsgate said it would leave Latin America by the end of 2023. | Produ, 16 August 2023 |
| 10 November 2023 | Vivo published a notice: the Lionsgate+ shutdown would begin on 10 December 2023, across Brazil. | Vivo |
| 11 December 2023 | The date the Brazilian press gave for the end of Lionsgate+ in Brazil. | Olhar Digital, 29 November 2023; Omelete, 18 December 2023 |
| 9 February 2024 | Lionsgate+ ended inside Prime Video Channels. Prime Video had said its subscribers there would get MGM+ from January 2024. | Olhar Digital; Omelete |
| 1 April 2024 | Amazon relaunched MGM+ across Latin America, Brazil included, after deals with Lionsgate and Starz. | Minha Operadora, 27 March 2024; Señal News, 1 April 2024 |
| 10 October 2026 | Brazil is one of 18 countries on Lionsgate’s own Lionsgate+ page, which offers the channel as an add-on inside Amazon Prime Video. | Lionsgate, read 10 October 2026 |
What subscribers were told depended on how they had signed up. Vivo’s notice of 10 November 2023 is still on its website. It says, for the whole of Brazil: “O encerramento do serviço LIONSGATE+ será realizado a partir do dia 10/12/2023” — the service would be shut down from 10 December 2023. Vivo said its Vivo Fixa and Vivo Móvel customers would be moved to Paramount+ automatically, and that for its other customers the service would simply be disconnected.
Amazon customers kept Lionsgate+ until 9 February 2024, and Prime Video said they would get MGM+ from January. Outlander, for its part, is on Netflix and Disney+ in Brazil, which is why Starz’s best-known series and the Power spin-offs now sit on different services.
The Lionsgate+ name is back in Brazil as Lionsgate’s own add-on channel, not Starz’s. When we read Lionsgate’s page on 10 October 2026, it listed Brazil among 18 countries where the channel can be added inside Amazon Prime Video. Lionsgate has been a separate company from Starz since 7 May 2025, so the channel is Lionsgate’s alone. The page also notes: “The content availability may vary by location.” We could not confirm when this channel started in Brazil, or which Starz series, if any, it carries here.
Starz sums up its own reach in the Google Play line quoted at the top of this page. These are the other facts that matter from Brazil, taken from Starz’s own help pages unless another source is named.
Starz completed its separation from Lionsgate on 7 May 2025 and trades on Nasdaq as STRZ. Its press release put its subscribers at about 20 million in the U.S. and Canada at the end of 2024.
The Google Play listing limits Starz’s online services to participating partners in the U.S. and certain U.S. territories. In Canada, a separate Starz channel is run by Bell Media under licence.
Through the STARZ app and starz.com, with a sign-in from a U.S. TV provider, or as a channel inside Prime Video. Channel subscribers watch in the Prime Video app, and those Amazon sign-ins do not work in the STARZ app.
Starz Help: “You can stream on up to 4 different devices at once.” Starz also limits how many devices one account can have registered, and asks you to remove some when you go over.
Starz Help: “STARZ provides a live stream on our website.” It runs in a browser, so it needs nothing from an app store.
The Google Play listing mentions offline viewing “(via downloads)”. Downloads live inside the STARZ app, which brings the app-store question straight back.
There is no Brazilian edition of Starz in 2026. The one it had closed in 2023, and the Starz series seen in Brazil today arrive through Disney+, Netflix and MGM+. If you subscribe to Starz in the U.S. and spend time in Brazil, the rest of this guide is about reaching that U.S. service from here, and nothing more.

Starz usually adds new episodes to its app at midnight Eastern Time on the release day; some series air first on the Starz channel in the evening and reach the app the next day (Parade; TechRadar). Brazil keeps one time all year, so only the U.S. clock change moves the gap. We calculated the times below from the official time-zone database.
| Starz app, midnight Eastern Time on a Friday | Brasília time (São Paulo, Rio, Brasília, Salvador, Recife) | Amazon time (Manaus, Cuiabá, Campo Grande, Porto Velho) | Acre (Rio Branco) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Until Friday 30 October 2026 | Friday 01:00 | Friday 00:00 | Thursday 23:00 |
| Friday 6 November 2026 to Friday 12 March 2027 | Friday 02:00 | Friday 01:00 | Friday 00:00 |
| From Friday 19 March 2027 | Friday 01:00 | Friday 00:00 | Thursday 23:00 |
The U.S. changes its clocks on Sunday 1 November 2026 and on Sunday 14 March 2027; Brazil does not. Decree 9.772 of 25 April 2019 ended daylight saving time nationwide, and the Ministry of Mines and Energy has decided against bringing it back for 2026/2027 (Jornal do Brasil, 5 October 2026).
Brazil’s Disney+ added Outlander’s final season on Saturday 7 March 2026, the day after Starz, and new Blood of My Blood episodes arrive there on Saturdays.
From 6 November 2026 to 12 March 2027 a midnight Eastern release reaches the STARZ app at 02:00 Brasília time; outside those weeks, at 01:00.
The third and final season starts on Starz on Friday 4 December 2026. If it follows the usual midnight Eastern release, that is 02:00 in São Paulo.
The U.S. moves its clocks forward on Sunday 14 March 2027, so Friday releases return to 01:00 Brasília time from 19 March.
Manaus, Cuiabá and Porto Velho run an hour behind Brasília time, and Acre two hours: a 02:00 release in São Paulo is 01:00 in Manaus and midnight in Rio Branco.
On MGM+ in Brazil, Spartacus: House of Ashur episodes arrived on Saturdays at 05:00 Brasília time (Rolling Stone Brasil, January 2026), not at the hour the STARZ app uses.
Whoever runs your line, the address it gives you belongs to a Brazilian network, and any website can look that up. These are Anatel’s figures for June 2026, as published by the trade site Teletime on 3 August 2026.
Claro had 19.1% and Vivo 14.9%. Nio, the former Oi Fibra, had 5.7%. Regional companies such as Brisanet, Brasil TecPar, Giga+, Vero and Desktop had between 2% and 3% each, and TIM 1.6%.
Vivo had 85.4 million, Claro 74.8 million and TIM 54.3 million, together about 98 in every 100 lines. With connected devices counted as well, Anatel’s total was 277.8 million.
An address lookup shows the country and the company behind the network. From a Claro, Vivo, TIM or regional line, fixed or mobile, Starz sees Brazil before any account comes into it.
If your line has an IPv6 address next to the IPv4 one, and only IPv4 traffic goes through the USip connection, a browser can still reach a site over IPv6, straight from your Brazilian line.
That second address is why step 1 of the check below reads both lines of an address checker: if the IPv6 line names Claro, Vivo or another Brazilian provider, Starz may see that address instead of the U.S. one. On mobile data, connect USip on the phone first, then open Starz or Prime Video.
What Starz is likely to see in each case. Nothing here is a promise: Starz decides which connections it accepts and can refuse any of them.
| Connection | What Starz is likely to see | What that means |
|---|---|---|
| Your own line (Claro, Vivo, TIM, Nio or a regional provider) | A Brazilian address on a Brazilian network. | A connection from outside the area Starz serves, whatever account you hold. |
| A free VPN app | Usually a data-centre address shared by many people at the same moment. | Shared server addresses tend to be easy for a streaming service to recognise, and free apps vary widely in what they do with your data. |
| A commercial VPN on data-centre servers | An address from a hosting company’s range, in whichever country you set. | Address databases label such ranges as hosting, and services that limit viewing by country often turn them away. |
| USip residential U.S. IP | One U.S. consumer address on a U.S. internet provider, assigned by USip. | It looks like an ordinary American home connection. Starz can still refuse it, and USip cannot overrule Starz. |
One residential address, one connection at a time: that is the whole product.
If Starz turns the address down, that decision is Starz’s, and we will not dress it up as anything else.

Run this once, on a laptop, before anything else. It answers the one question USip can help with: does Starz accept the address you have been given?
Open OpenVPN Connect, connect with your USip profile and load an IP address checker in your browser. The IPv4 line must show a U.S. location. If an IPv6 line appears, it must not name Claro, Vivo, TIM or any other Brazilian provider; if it does, fix that first, with USip support if needed.
A new private window starts without the cookies left by earlier visits from your Brazilian address. Go to starz.com and let the home page load completely before you click anything.
With a Starz subscription you already have, sign in where you took it out: starz.com for a direct Starz account, the Prime Video app for the Starz channel on Amazon. Play one episode for a full minute. Without a subscription, only check that starz.com opens its U.S. home page.
If the episode plays for a minute, the connection side is settled. If an error or a message about your location appears, write it down word for word, reconnect once and try once more. If it comes back, send that exact wording to USip support instead of retrying again and again.
Dated results of USip’s own checks are kept on one page, USip’s published checks, and this guide does not repeat them. A result from one day promises nothing about the next: Starz can change what it accepts whenever it chooses.

USip recorded these four videos in September 2021. The USip connection steps in them still apply. Starz’s screens have changed since, the phone videos switch the App Store or Google Play country, and all four show an old sign-up: leave those parts out.

Install OpenVPN Connect, import your USip profile and connect; that part of the video is unchanged. Then run the four steps above in your browser. The Starz pages in the video date from 2021, so skip its sign-up section and go by what starz.com shows now.
Step by step: the Windows setup guide.

The Mac video’s connection steps still hold: OpenVPN Connect, your USip profile, connect. Starz then runs in the browser. Treat the 2021 Starz screens as illustration only; the sign-up shown is out of date, and your Starz account is a matter between you and Starz.
Step by step: the Mac setup guide.

Follow the video for OpenVPN Connect and your USip profile; that still applies. Leave out its Google Play country change and its sign-up. Google’s help page says “To set up a new country or region, you must be in that location”, and that after a change you “must wait at least 90 days”. Use a laptop for the first check.
Step by step: the Android setup guide.

The USip steps are the same: OpenVPN Connect, your profile, connect. On 10 October 2026 the STARZ app was listed in the U.S. App Store and not in the Brazilian one. The video’s App Store switch and sign-up are out of date, so leave them out; Apple’s own support page sets out its conditions for changing an Apple Account’s country or region.
Step by step: the iOS setup guide.
TVs, streaming sticks and consoles cannot run OpenVPN Connect, so USip uses Smart DNS for them: register your home’s public IP address with USip, then enter the DNS details in the device’s network settings, or once on the router for every device behind it. If your internet provider gives your home a new public address, register the new one. The Smart DNS guide has the steps.
Starz’s help pages name Apple TV, Android TV, Roku, Samsung TV and Xbox for TV sign-in, and Amazon Fire TV for its app on Amazon devices. A television set up in Brazil uses a Brazilian app store, though, and we have not checked whether those stores list the STARZ app.

One residential U.S. IP — an ordinary consumer address on a U.S. ISP, not a server range. USip and Starz are separate services: the plans include the connection only — not a Starz subscription, an app-store region or the rights to any series or film.
Separate services: these prices are for the USip residential U.S. IP service only. Starz is a separate service; a Starz subscription and access to any particular series or film are not part of a USip plan.
On 10 October 2026 the STARZ app from Starz Entertainment was listed in the U.S. App Store and not in the Brazilian one. We did not check Google Play country by country, so we make no claim about it either way.
Apple runs a separate App Store for each country. An Apple Account set to Brazil sees the Brazilian store, and the STARZ app was not in it when we looked.
Moving an Apple Account to another country or region comes with conditions that Apple lists on its own support page. Read them there; this guide offers no shortcut round them.
Google allows a Play country change only when you are actually in the new country, and not again for at least 90 days. We did not look up the STARZ app on Brazil’s Google Play.
Starz’s help pages name Apple TV, Android TV, Roku, Samsung TV, Xbox and Amazon Fire TV. A TV set to Brazil uses a Brazilian store, and Smart DNS changes the connection, not the store.
A browser needs nothing from any store, and Starz’s live stream runs on its website. If starz.com behaves on your laptop, the connection side is answered before any store question arises.
The 2021 videos switch store countries; we no longer show that. We do not recommend made-up addresses, borrowed U.S. postcodes or app files from unofficial stores.
We are not lawyers, and nothing here is legal advice. This is what Brazilian sources say, and where they stop.
We have not found a Brazilian law that bans VPN software as such. The one court order on VPN use we found concerned a single platform. On 30 August 2024 Justice Alexandre de Moraes of the Supreme Federal Court (STF) suspended X in Brazil and set a daily fine for anyone who kept using it through “subterfúgios tecnológicos” — technical workarounds, a VPN among them (Poder360, 30 August 2024). His order for Apple and Google to remove VPN apps was reversed, while the fine for using X was kept (Exame, 2 September 2024). On 8 October 2024 he lifted the suspension (O Povo).
Anatel, the telecoms regulator, acts against piracy too, and its target is pirate pay TV. Since 2023 it has ordered blocks on the internet addresses, mostly authentication servers, that pirate TV boxes use to unlock illegal channels, and it now publishes a public dashboard of those blocks (Canaltech, 12 May 2026). When Anatel announced the approach in February 2023, block requests were to go to backbone networks, with checks to avoid hitting legitimate addresses (Tecnoblog).
None of the reports we read about these blocks mentions VPNs, and a U.S. streaming subscription is a different thing from a pirate box. That is as far as the sources go; we draw no wider conclusion from them.
Disney+, Netflix and MGM+ show Starz series in Brazil under their own licences. Watching there raises no question at all about where you are.
Whether Starz accepts a connection is Starz’s decision. We do not speak for Starz, and a U.S. address does not change where you live.
Laws and court orders change, and a court can rule on a single case. If you need certainty for your own situation, ask a Brazilian lawyer.
Short answers that stand on their own, checked on 10 October 2026.
Not as a Brazilian service. Starz’s Google Play listing says: “STARZ online services are only accessible through participating partners in the U.S. and certain U.S. territories”. The STARZ app was not in the Brazilian App Store on 10 October 2026, and the international service Starz once ran here closed in December 2023. Most Starz series are shown in Brazil by other services: Outlander on Disney+ and Netflix, while Spartacus: House of Ashur premiered on MGM+ in Prime Video. Starz itself decides which connections it accepts.
In December 2023. Vivo told its customers the shutdown would begin on 10 December 2023 across Brazil, and the Brazilian press reported 11 December as the end; inside Prime Video Channels it lasted until 9 February 2024. The service had launched as STARZPLAY in 2019 and was renamed Lionsgate+ in September 2022. Prime Video said its subscribers there would get Amazon’s MGM+ instead. In 2026 Lionsgate’s own page lists Lionsgate+ for Brazil again, as an add-on channel in Prime Video, but Lionsgate has been separate from Starz since 7 May 2025, so that channel is not Starz’s.
Mostly on Disney+. The eighth and final season arrived there on Saturday 7 March 2026, a day after its U.S. premiere on Starz. The first seven seasons are on Netflix, and Omelete’s February 2026 report listed Disney+ for them too. The prequel, Outlander: Blood of My Blood, is on Disney+ as well, with season 2 from 19 September 2026 and new episodes on Saturdays.
The last Brazilian home we could confirm is MGM+ inside Prime Video, which relaunched on 1 April 2024 with Raising Kanan’s third season (Señal News); we could not confirm where later seasons are shown. TheWrap reported on 27 July 2026 that Power, Ghost, Raising Kanan and Force will come to Netflix internationally from November 2026 under a non-exclusive deal with Lionsgate Television. It names only the U.S. and Canada as excluded, so Brazil is not among them, but the deal has not started and we found no Brazilian date. Power: Origins and Power: Legacy are not part of it.
It premiered here on MGM+, which you add as a channel inside Prime Video. Diário do Rio reported the Brazilian premiere on Saturday 6 December 2025, two episodes first and then one a week, and Rolling Stone Brasil listed episodes arriving on Saturdays at 05:00 Brasília time in January 2026. MGM+ is Amazon’s channel, not Starz, so watching it there needs no Starz account at all.
No. MGM+ is Amazon’s premium channel, relaunched in Latin America on 1 April 2024 and offered inside Prime Video. In Brazil it has carried Starz series under licence, Spartacus: House of Ashur among them, next to MGM’s own library. Starz is a separate American company whose own service is for the U.S. Disney+, which shows Outlander here, is not Starz either.
No. On 10 October 2026 the STARZ app was listed in the U.S. App Store only, not in the Brazilian one. Apple sets its own conditions for moving an Apple Account to another country or region. We did not check Google Play country by country; Google says you must be in a country to switch your Play country to it, and then wait at least 90 days.
Possibly; the honest way to find out is a short check. Connect the USip residential U.S. IP on a laptop, make sure the IPv6 line of an address checker does not show your Brazilian provider, and open starz.com in a private window. With a Starz subscription you already have, play one episode for a minute. If a location message or an error appears, note its exact words, reconnect once, try once more, then contact USip support.
No. They are two separate companies. What USip provides is a single residential U.S. IP connection; your Starz subscription, if you have one, is a separate arrangement with Starz or with Amazon. USip does not hand out app-store regions or rights to any series, and it has no say over which connections Starz accepts. What it can do is help you set the connection up and make sense of any message Starz shows.
Starz Help says: “You can stream on up to 4 different devices at once.” Starz also limits the number of devices registered to one account and asks you to remove some when you go over the limit. Those are Starz’s rules for your Starz account. Your USip plan is counted separately: one connection at a time.
It depends on two things that have nothing to do with each other. First, the connection: a television, stick or console cannot run OpenVPN Connect, so USip connects it through Smart DNS, which starts with registering your home’s public IP address with USip. Second, the app: a TV configured in Brazil shows Brazil’s app store, and we have not looked up the STARZ app there. A laptop browser is the easier place to begin.
In the STARZ app, usually at midnight U.S. Eastern Time on the release day: 01:00 Brasília time until the end of October 2026, 02:00 from 6 November 2026 to 12 March 2027, then 01:00 again. Brazil has had no daylight saving time since 2019. In Manaus the release comes an hour earlier on the clock, in Rio Branco two. On Disney+ in Brazil, Outlander’s final season and Blood of My Blood have arrived on Saturdays, a day after the U.S.
We have not found a Brazilian law that bans VPN software as such. The one court order on VPN use we found concerned a single platform: in August 2024 Justice Alexandre de Moraes suspended X and set a daily fine for using it through a VPN or a similar workaround, until X was allowed back on 8 October 2024. We are not lawyers, and this is not legal advice. Whether a streaming service accepts a connection is that service’s decision.

The hub covers Starz from anywhere outside the U.S. The seven other guides cover the European countries where Starz’s own service also closed, each with its own local services, clocks and rules.
First-party pages first, then dated Brazilian reports. Each was read on 10 October 2026; dates in the labels are publication dates.
For most people in Brazil, Starz’s best-known series are already within reach, legally and with no question about location: Outlander and Blood of My Blood on Disney+, the earlier Outlander seasons on Netflix, and Spartacus: House of Ashur on MGM+ inside Prime Video, where it premiered in December 2025. Start there.
Starz itself is a U.S. service, and it says so. If you hold a Starz subscription and want it from here, for the U.S. release hours or the live stream on its website, run the ten-minute check once on a laptop and copy down the exact wording of any message Starz shows you. That wording is what USip support needs to help.
USip supplies the residential U.S. IP connection only. Starz decides which connections it accepts, and the Brazilian rights to its series belong to the services that show them here.
