Nearly 400,000 movies and TV episodes
That is the size of the library in Tubi’s Thanksgiving announcement. On 6 August Tubi had given “more than 375,000”, so treat any count as a snapshot of the day it was published.
The plain answer: only where Tubi says so. Its help page “Supported Devices Outside of the US” opens with “If you’re located outside the United States, you can watch Tubi on the following devices:” and goes on to name Canada, Australia, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Panama and the United Kingdom. That is the whole list, with no country in continental Europe, Asia or the Middle East on it. When we looked on 11 October 2026, the Tubi app was not in the App Store of Ireland, Switzerland, Singapore, Norway, Denmark, the Netherlands, Sweden or Israel, the eight countries our guides cover.
Tubi once reached further. It became unavailable across the European Union in 2018, when the GDPR privacy rules took effect, as Cord Busters and Presse-citron (citing Variety) report; we found no statement from Tubi itself. In July 2024 Tubi returned to the United Kingdom, and to no other European country.
What a residential US IP from USip changes is the address: Tubi sees an ordinary U.S. consumer connection where it would otherwise see your foreign one. The decision stays with Tubi, and Tubi is free to refuse any connection, USip’s too. The library, the ads and the live events are Tubi’s own, the app stores belong to Apple and Google, and the U.S. address is assigned by USip, with no city to choose.
All a first look needs is a laptop and about ten minutes. With USip connected, open tubitv.com in a fresh private window and let one free title run for a minute as a guest, without an account or an app store.

Tubi’s help page is the authority on where it can be watched. For each place it names, here is the earliest date we could source, taken from Tubi’s own announcements wherever one exists. Every source is linked at the foot of the page.
| Place on Tubi’s list | Since | What Tubi or the press said |
|---|---|---|
| Canada | Start date not confirmed; there by August 2019 | We could not confirm the start date. Tubi’s Australian launch release of 28 August 2019 already described the service as “Currently available in the US and Canada” (Tubi press release) |
| Australia | 28 August 2019 | Tubi announced its Australian launch on that date (Tubi press release) |
| Mexico | 2020 | Tubi’s Latin America release of 11 August 2022 says the service “debuted in 2020” in Mexico (Tubi press release) |
| Puerto Rico | No launch date needed | A U.S. territory, which Tubi’s help page lists under a heading of its own (Tubi Help Center) |
| Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala and Panama | 11 August 2022 | Tubi announced “launches in Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala and Panama”; the help page groups the five under one heading (Tubi press release; Tubi Help Center) |
| The United Kingdom | July 2024, after leaving in 2018 | Cord Busters says Tubi “withdrew from the UK (and Europe)” in 2018. Tubi’s release of 22 July 2026 says “Tubi launched in the UK July 2024.” |
No Tubi statement about the 2018 exit turned up in our research, so we rely on two publications. Cord Busters says Tubi withdrew from the UK and Europe in 2018 because of the GDPR and its privacy rules. Presse-citron, a French technology site citing Variety, says the service became inaccessible in the European Union when the GDPR came into force. The UK was still an EU member in 2018, so it went with the rest.
When Tubi came back, it came back to the UK alone. Presse-citron reported in July 2024 that the UK launch would not immediately be followed by others in Europe, and in October 2026 Tubi’s help page still names no country in continental Europe, Asia or the Middle East. Under each place, the page lists the devices Tubi supports there; for the UK it names the web at tubitv.com, Android and iOS, Roku, Samsung and LG televisions, PlayStation and Xbox, among others.
Apple’s App Store follows the list closely where we looked. On 11 October 2026 the Tubi app (“Tubi: Movies & Live TV”, from Tubi, Inc) was listed in the U.S., UK, Canadian, Australian, Mexican and Puerto Rican stores, and also in New Zealand’s. New Zealand does not appear on Tubi’s help page; we report both facts and draw nothing from them. The app was missing from the stores of all eight guide countries, and from every other store we looked up in continental Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

Tubi’s announcements give the size of its library without naming a country. Outside the U.S., Tubi’s collections are licensed separately, and Tubi UK’s is far smaller, so read the big counts below as Tubi’s own figures, not as what any one country outside the U.S. receives.
That is the size of the library in Tubi’s Thanksgiving announcement. On 6 August Tubi had given “more than 375,000”, so treat any count as a snapshot of the day it was published.
Within that August total, Tubi counted over 400 Tubi Originals and 25,000 episodes from creators. Like the total, both are Tubi’s own figures, published on 6 August 2026.
In October 2022 Tubi said it had over 200 live sports, entertainment and local and national news channels, with more than 100 local station feeds in nearly 60 U.S. TV markets. It is an old count, so read it as one.
Tubi carries the NFL Channel, which its September release describes as “the NFL's 24/7 free, always-on channel”. Like the rest of Tubi’s live line-up, it runs on U.S. time.
Tubi will stream FOX Sports’ Dallas Cowboys v Philadelphia Eagles game at 4:30 p.m. ET. The release does not say whether the game can be watched outside the U.S., and we do not guess.
Tubi UK has “tripled its content offering to over 75,000 movies and TV episodes” since 2024. In August Tubi announced NBCUniversal and Sony Pictures deals “across Australia, Canada and the U.K.” for more than 450 library titles.
Read together, those figures say three things. Tubi UK’s collection, at over 75,000 titles, is not the library of nearly 400,000 that Tubi describes in its announcements. Tubi licenses films and series for named territories, as the August 2026 deals show. And the release about the Thanksgiving game says nothing about viewers outside the U.S. What the eight guide countries can watch locally is a matter for each country guide, not for this page.

Tubi is a free, ad-supported streaming service, founded in 2014 in San Francisco. These are the facts that matter from abroad, in Tubi’s own words where it has written them down.
Tubi’s help centre says it in one line: “Tubi is free, but it’s supported by advertising.” Nothing about Tubi is a subscription, so there is no plan to compare and nothing to cancel.
Answering a newcomer’s question about multiple accounts, Tubi’s help centre says: “No. You can still continue watching as a guest or register a single Tubi Account.” Guest viewing is why the check on this page needs no sign-up.
An account is optional. Where you do register, Tubi’s rule is: “Tubi Accounts are for individuals who meet local age requirements, such as 13 or older in the United States.”
The same help article says Kids Mode can be used without signing in, so a family does not need an account for that either.
Fox Corporation announced on 17 March 2020 that it would acquire Tubi. Tubi’s 2026 releases describe it as part of Tubi Media Group, a division of Fox Corporation.
On 6 August 2026 Tubi reported 110 million monthly active users, up 14% year on year, and quoted Nielsen: 2.3% of total U.S. TV viewing in April 2026.
Live events can bring conditions of their own. Super Bowl LIX, on 9 February 2025, was part of Fox’s coverage and streamed free on Tubi in the U.S., live only, and Tubi’s help centre said “registration for a free Tubi account is required to view the game.” It is a past event, given only as a dated example: for a big live event, read Tubi’s own page about it before you count on guest viewing.

From abroad, your visit reaches tubitv.com from an address that belongs to an internet provider in the country you are in. A residential US IP swaps that address for a U.S. household one. Everything else stays where it was.
One address, and that is all.
Access to Tubi, or to any title, is not promised.
Plainly, then: Tubi may refuse any connection, a USip one included, without telling anyone why. We make no promise of access, and nothing on this page suggests that Tubi approves of USip. USip assigns the U.S. address, so the city behind it is not yours to choose. Nor can any connection add the Tubi app to an App Store that does not list it: Apple’s store goes by the country of your Apple Account, whatever network you use.

Tubi decides in every row of this table. What changes from row to row is the address that arrives, and how plainly it shows what it is.
| Connection | The address Tubi receives | Likely outcome |
|---|---|---|
| Your own line abroad, at home or on mobile | An address from a local provider where you are | In a country on Tubi’s list, that country’s Tubi; anywhere else, no Tubi service at all |
| Free VPN apps | A pool of server addresses, each one used by crowds of strangers | Busy and changeable; one failure there says nothing reliable about your line |
| Data-centre VPN | A hosting company’s address range | It may pass for American, yet a data centre’s addresses are simple for streaming services to identify |
| USip residential US IP | The address of one home connection, from an internet provider in the U.S. | Arrives as a U.S. household connection; Tubi still decides, and can refuse it |
Two everyday settings can undo a good address. IPv6 comes first: plenty of home and mobile lines now hand out an IPv6 address alongside the IPv4 one, and a site reached over IPv6 receives that address, which may still be your provider’s at home. The browser’s memory comes second: cookies and saved settings from a visit made without USip stay with an ordinary window, which is why the check below opens a fresh private one.

A laptop shows the address, the browser and Tubi’s answer on one screen, with no account or app store in between. Work through the four steps in order and keep a note of each result.
On a Windows PC or a Mac, switch USip on in OpenVPN Connect (the Windows setup guide and the Mac setup guide cover the set-up). Next, load an IP address checker. United States should appear against IPv4. Where the checker also lists an IPv6 address, your home provider’s name must not appear on it.
Close any Tubi tabs first. In a new private window, type tubitv.com yourself. A private window carries no cookies and no stored location from earlier visits, so Tubi meets this connection on its own.
Start any film or episode without signing in and let it run for about a minute, ads included. No account is needed; on accounts, Tubi’s help centre says: “No. You can still continue watching as a guest or register a single Tubi Account.” If a title asks you to sign in, try another.
If the title keeps going for the whole minute, Tubi accepted this connection on this laptop today. If you get an error or a note about your location instead, copy its exact words, disconnect and reconnect USip, and make a single further attempt. Should the same words return, they go to USip support; more retries only repeat the answer.
For the record, USip keeps a dated page of its own checks: USip’s published checks. Those come from other places and other days and cannot replace these four steps on your own laptop. A good minute today is Tubi’s answer for today; Tubi can treat the same address differently tomorrow.

USip recorded the four Tubi videos below in November 2022. The part that sets up USip is as valid today as it was then. Tubi’s own screens have changed, the video titles carry the name Tubi used in 2022, and both phone videos switch a store’s country (Google Play on Android, the App Store on the iPhone) with made-up U.S. details. Treat that part as out of date and leave it out.

The Windows video sets up the USip connection and then opens tubitv.com in a browser, which is still the most direct route from abroad: no app, no store and no account. Follow it as far as the connection, then use a private window rather than the 2022 screens as your guide.
Before you start, switch off any browser extension that routes traffic through a proxy of its own, so that the address checker and Tubi receive the same address.
Step by step: the Windows setup guide.

The Mac video takes the same path: connect USip, then open tubitv.com in a browser. Before you start, look at iCloud Private Relay if your Apple Account has it. It sends Safari traffic by a route of its own, so turn it off while you check, or use a browser other than Safari.
Tubi’s pages in the recording date from 2022, so expect a different look today; the connection steps are unchanged.
Step by step: the Mac setup guide.

The Android video connects USip, then sets Google Play to the U.S. with made-up U.S. details so that the Tubi app can be installed. Skip that second half: it is out of date. Google’s own help page is plain about it: “To set up a new country or region, you must be in that location”, and after one change you “must wait at least 90 days” for the next.
Which countries’ Google Play stores carry the Tubi app is something we did not look into. If the app is on your phone already, turn USip on first and confirm the address in a mobile browser before opening Tubi.
Step by step: the Android setup guide.

The iPhone video does the same with the App Store, again with made-up U.S. details, and that step is out of date: skip it. When we looked on 11 October 2026, the Tubi app was listed in the U.S., UK, Canadian, Australian, New Zealand, Mexican and Puerto Rican App Stores, and in none of the eight guide countries.
Apple attaches conditions of its own to a change of Apple Account country or region, and they apply to everything on the account. One of them reads: “If you’re a part of a Family Sharing group, you might not be able to change your country or region.” Read Apple’s page before deciding, and only ever enter details that are genuinely yours. For a first check, the laptop remains the simpler place to start.
Step by step: the iOS setup guide.
Televisions, streaming sticks and games consoles have no OpenVPN Connect app. USip connects them with Smart DNS instead, and Smart DNS identifies your household by the public IP address your internet provider gives it. Add that address to your USip account, then enter USip’s DNS details either on each device or a single time on the router. If the provider later changes your home’s address, add the new one too. Details are in the Smart DNS guide.
Smart DNS changes what Tubi sees from the television. It does not add the Tubi app to a TV app store that does not offer it in your country, and we could not confirm TV app stores country by country. For the U.S., Tubi’s help page, read on 11 October 2026, lists platforms including Roku, Fire TV, Android TV, Apple TV, Samsung, LG, Vizio, Hisense, Chromecast, PlayStation and Xbox. Bring the television in only after a laptop has played a title.

One residential U.S. IP — an ordinary consumer address on a U.S. ISP, not a server range. USip and Tubi are separate services: the plans include the connection only — not a Tubi account, an app-store region or the rights to any channel, series or film.
Separate services: these prices are for the USip residential U.S. IP service only. Tubi is a separate service, free with ads; a Tubi account and access to any particular channel, series or film are not part of a USip plan.
Films and episodes on demand have no start time. Tubi’s live channels and events keep U.S. hours, so the table shows 8 p.m. Eastern, the opening of the U.S. prime-time evening, and the Thanksgiving kick-off, on local clocks. Every prime-time time in it falls at or after midnight, on the next local day.

The hours move because the clocks do. Europe’s go back on Sunday 25 October 2026 and forward again on Sunday 28 March 2027. Israel’s change on Sunday 25 October 2026, a few hours before Europe’s, and on Friday 26 March 2027, two days before, which is why the Jerusalem row carries two notes. American clocks move on Sunday 1 November 2026 and Sunday 14 March 2027, while Singapore stays on UTC+8 throughout, so only the American dates shift it. The column dates are U.S. evenings.
The last column is the kick-off of FOX Sports’ Cowboys v Eagles game on Tubi: an evening game in Europe and Israel, an early-morning one in Singapore. Tubi’s release does not say whether the game can be watched outside the U.S. Every conversion was made with the IANA time-zone data through Python’s zoneinfo; it is clock arithmetic, not a Tubi schedule.

Make one change, then repeat the same check. Most trouble from outside the U.S. falls into one of these six cases, and the words on the screen usually say which.
Read it as Tubi’s answer for the connection you are on. Save the exact words, as text or a screenshot, reconnect USip a single time and make one further attempt in a new private window. If the message comes back unchanged, pass the words to USip support; ten more attempts would only produce the same answer.
When the checker puts the United States on the IPv4 line but your home provider on the IPv6 one, Tubi may be reached over that IPv6 address. Ask USip support what to change for IPv6 on your laptop or router, and look at both lines again once it is done.
A browser that visited tubitv.com from abroad before USip was on can keep cookies, or a remembered location, from that visit. A private window starts without them, so close the old Tubi tabs and begin again in one.
Which apps a store offers depends on the country set on your Apple Account or Google account, and a connection does not alter that. When we looked on 11 October 2026, none of the eight guide countries had the Tubi app in its App Store. Start with tubitv.com in a laptop browser. Moving a store to another country is a decision of its own, governed by Apple’s and Google’s rules.
Each USip plan allows one connection at a time. Before the laptop check, close OpenVPN Connect on your phone; before using the phone, close it on the laptop.
Smart DNS ties your USip account to your home’s public IP address. When your provider issues a new one, add it in USip, then restart the television or stick. The Smart DNS guide shows where to do it.
Nothing here fits? Tell USip support what happened, at what time and on which device. Questions about Tubi’s library, its apps or a live event are for Tubi.

For readers in Ireland: why Tubi’s UK service does not take in Ireland, the free Irish players to try first, U.S. prime time and the Thanksgiving game on Dublin clocks, the main Irish fixed and mobile networks, and how Irish law treats VPN software, as far as official sources show.
Written for Switzerland: whether Tubi was ever offered there, the free Swiss broadcaster players and other legal options, U.S. hours in Zurich across the autumn and spring clock changes, the networks Swiss homes rely on, and where Swiss law stands on VPN software.
For Singapore: the free local services to start with, the U.S. evening on a clock that never changes, Singapore’s main fixed and mobile networks, Singapore’s official position on VPN use as far as we could find it, and what the App Store situation means for phones set up in Singapore.
For Norway: whether Tubi was ever offered there, the free Norwegian players and services worth trying before anything else, U.S. hours on Oslo clocks, the main Norwegian networks and what they mean for the address check, and the Norwegian position on VPN software.
For Denmark: Tubi’s 2018 exit from the EU and what Danish viewers can watch for free and legally today, U.S. prime time and the Thanksgiving game on Copenhagen clocks, the main Danish networks, and what Danish law says, or does not say, about VPN software.
For the Netherlands: what the 2018 EU exit meant for Dutch viewers, the free Dutch players to try first, U.S. hours in Amsterdam across the clock changes, the networks most Dutch homes are on, and the Dutch legal position on VPN software.
For Sweden: what the 2018 EU exit meant there, the free Swedish players and services to start with, U.S. hours on Stockholm clocks, Sweden’s main fixed and mobile networks, and what Swedish law says about VPN software, from official sources.
For Israel: the free Israeli services to start with, U.S. prime time and the Thanksgiving game on Jerusalem clocks, which change on dates of their own, Israel’s main networks, and Israeli rules on VPN software as official sources describe them.

Your country is not on Tubi’s list and has no guide here? Everything above applies as it stands: Tubi’s own list first, then the laptop check, and the law where you live.
Each answer rests on Tubi’s, Fox’s, Apple’s or Google’s own pages or on a dated report. Where nobody has said, the answer says so.
Only in the places Tubi names. Its help page says: “If you’re located outside the United States, you can watch Tubi on the following devices:” It then lists Canada, Australia, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Panama and the United Kingdom. Nowhere else is on the list. With a residential US IP from USip, the address Tubi receives is an ordinary American consumer one rather than your foreign one; whether it accepts that connection is Tubi’s call, and it can refuse any, USip’s included. We do not promise access.
Tubi became unavailable across the European Union in 2018, when the GDPR privacy rules took effect. That is how Cord Busters and Presse-citron, citing Variety, describe it; we found no statement from Tubi. The UK was still in the EU then, so the exit covered it as well. Tubi came back to the UK in July 2024, and its help page names no other European country. Our guides for Ireland, Denmark, the Netherlands and Sweden look at the EU side in more detail.
No. The name and the app are shared; the library is not. On 22 July 2026 Tubi said Tubi UK had “tripled its content offering to over 75,000 movies and TV episodes”, while Tubi put its library at nearly 400,000 in September 2026. Licences cover named territories: in August 2026 Tubi announced NBCUniversal and Sony deals “across Australia, Canada and the U.K.” Living in the UK gives you Tubi UK, not the U.S. service.
Yes. Tubi’s help centre says: “Tubi is free, but it’s supported by advertising.” There is no Tubi subscription, and the adverts during films and episodes are what keep it free. USip is a different service, and none of its plans includes anything from Tubi: no account, no channel and no title.
Not as a rule. Asked whether newcomers must set up multiple accounts, Tubi’s help centre answers: “No. You can still continue watching as a guest or register a single Tubi Account.” If you do register, the account is free and Tubi’s rule is: “Tubi Accounts are for individuals who meet local age requirements, such as 13 or older in the United States.” Kids Mode works without signing in. Live events can differ: for Super Bowl LIX on 9 February 2025, Tubi said a free account was required to watch.
Fox Corporation. Fox announced on 17 March 2020 that it would acquire Tubi, and Tubi’s 2026 releases describe it as part of Tubi Media Group, a division of Fox Corporation. Tubi itself was founded in 2014 in San Francisco. In August 2026 it reported 110 million monthly active users, and it quoted Nielsen’s figure of 2.3% of all U.S. TV viewing in April 2026.
We do not know, and Tubi has not said. Its release of 23 September 2026 says Tubi will stream FOX Sports’ Dallas Cowboys v Philadelphia Eagles game on Thursday 26 November 2026 at 4:30 p.m. ET, but it does not say whether the game can be watched outside the U.S. Kick-off is 21:30 in Dublin, 22:30 in Zurich, Oslo, Copenhagen, Amsterdam and Stockholm, 23:30 in Jerusalem and 05:30 on Friday in Singapore.
No, and there is nothing to include: Tubi is free and separate. USip’s part is a single residential U.S. IP address. Computers and phones reach it through the OpenVPN Connect app; televisions and consoles use Smart DNS instead. Tubi’s library, apps, accounts and live events stay with Tubi, along with the decision on which connections to accept.
No. USip assigns the U.S. address itself; the app has no city or state setting and no list of places. If something fails to play, work through the laptop check and the six problems on this page, then write to USip support with the exact words you saw.
Yes. Every connection is Tubi’s to accept or refuse, including one through a residential U.S. IP from USip, and Tubi owes nobody an explanation. Nothing on this page suggests Tubi approves of USip, and no title is promised. If a message appears, copy its exact words, reconnect a single time, try once more, and pass the words to USip support.
USip recorded them in November 2022. Tubi’s screens have changed since, and the video titles use the name the service had then. Both phone videos also move the App Store or Google Play to another country using made-up U.S. details, a step that is out of date and one we advise against. Apple and Google set their own rules; Google’s help page, for instance, makes you wait “at least 90 days” before a second country change. The USip connection steps still apply.
Possibly, but only after the laptop check. A television, stick or console cannot run OpenVPN Connect; USip connects it through Smart DNS, which works from your home’s public IP address once you have added it to your USip account and entered the DNS details on the device or router. Smart DNS does not add the Tubi app to a TV app store that lacks it, and we could not confirm TV app stores country by country.
When we looked on 11 October 2026, the Tubi app (“Tubi: Movies & Live TV”) was listed in the App Store in the U.S., the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico and Puerto Rico, and not in Ireland, Switzerland, Singapore, Norway, Denmark, the Netherlands, Sweden or Israel. New Zealand is not on Tubi’s help page. Nor did we go through Google Play store by store. The laptop check uses a browser, so it needs no app store at all.
The answer differs from country to country, and this page cannot give it for all of them. Each of our eight guides sets out what we found in that country’s statutes, regulators’ pages or official advice on VPN software, with sources, and says plainly where our research ran out. None of us is a lawyer, and none of this is legal advice. Whether to accept a connection is, separately, Tubi’s decision alone.

Pages without a date in their label were read on 11 October 2026. Tubi changes its library, apps and help pages; where they differ from this page, Tubi’s own pages are the authority.
Begin with the list on Tubi’s help page. If your country is on it, use the Tubi service offered there. If it is not, and you want to see what the U.S. service does with your connection, set aside ten minutes: USip connected, both address lines read, a fresh private window and one free title as a guest.
A minute of steady playback is Tubi’s answer for that device on that day. A refusal is an answer as well: keep its exact wording, reconnect once, give it one more try, and hand the wording to USip support. Both outcomes tell you more than a promise would, and we do not make one.
USip supplies the residential U.S. IP connection only. Tubi’s library, apps, ads and live events are Tubi’s, and so is the decision to play or to refuse, for USip’s connections as for any other.
